Upon entering this facility you are «greeted» by a guy who makes it pretty clear he really doesn’t want customers. He makes every passive aggressive attempt to steer you away by saying things like «well…its gonna take like 2 hours» and «are you gonna wait here?» with exasperation. I should have taken the cue to walk out then but i wanted a particular brand so i stayed. it was a strange experience to say the least. I didnt see anyone for 3 hours and 15 minutes AT ALL. No one was answering the phone when it rang and no one came out when customers came in. i had no way of getting anyone’s attention to find out when my car was going to be ready since it was over an hour past the given time. I even considered calling the police but luckily i could tell by the bluetooth connection on my phone that was my car still in the vicinity. When the guy finally showed up, he offered no apology or explanation but again continued the passive aggressive attitude «you know you cant put your windows down for 2 days, right?» (i wish i could convey the tone in text). I was just happy to finally escape. They didn’t clean my windows before the tinting so now i have dirt trapped in between my window and the tinting. I think I’m going to take my warranty card elsewhere to get it fixed and done properly.
