Waco, TX
The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. It’s set up for extended stays, I was here for only two nights but the kitchen setup was surprisingly well provisioned.
The insulation/​seals between rooms leaves something to be desired — could hear and smell everything my neighbors were cooking.
The beds were decently comfortable, not the greatest but respectable.
Overall it’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget– clean rooms, good location and very low rates.

Clean room, ok beds. Staff was nice when checking in. Adequate parking and decently lit. This hotel is located off a main strip, so there are several places to eat within distance.
My only complaint was that the air conditioned smelled funky.

Stayed for one night. Great service, nice rooms. ROooms are larger because it is an extended stay hotel. breakfast but that is part of the Candlewood Brand. Maid will come as requested. Night clerk was very nice!

Clean. Decent beds. All rooms have full kitchens, as this is a long-​term stay kind of place.
I wasn’t here to stay for a long time, so this really didn’t help me out.
There is no free breakfast or coffee in the mornings. They will only clean your room once a week.
The place had an off odor, and the seals between the rooms were terrible. I could smell the smoke from the smoking area over 100ft away, and cooking smells are very strong from all over.
Very close to the mall and quite a few restaurants.
Not good for short-​term stays; but I am sure this would do nicely for a long-​term stay.
