This is s two part review
Part 1 is the person who came out from Coleman American Allied and did the estimate gave us delivery date, assured us that our goods would be on 1 truck not unloaded.
A. The truck was unloaded to another truck off site! That is bad moving business that should never be done!
B. The delivery Window was reneged on after we were enroute. Well guess who has the upper hand on this? They have our belongings!
Part 2 the guys who came out to load the truck were great they were efficient, courteous.
I would NEVER CONTACT COLEMAN AMERICAN ALLIED MOVING again and use these people. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
*They have finally conceded somewhat on this— but after days of frustration & phone calls. I still stand by my original that if I gad to choose I’d look again.
Thankfully we had everything in writing. Always make sure everything is in writing.
