I wrote a review originally and was asked to change or review what I put. Looking back on the services we received I’m appalled. We had a mould issue that took almost 3 months to have fixed. I was 3 and a half months pregnant when they started work on the house and asked them to put up a plastic sheet to stop dust and dirt spreading through the house, granted they put one up but the proceeded to leave it open whilst they worked. When the workers would leave, our appliances would usually be left in the middle of our kitchen so we had no access to our stove because I wasn’t able to move it back for obvious reasons. Our ‘project manager’ also ended up coming down with mumps, we weren’t contacted to be told that no work would be done on our house for the 2 weeks he was away, so our house was left in a mess without us knowing if work was even going to be continued at any point. The standard of the work we have received is average, the people who fitted the flooring were great but other than that the service we received and the time it took for them to do it was ridiculous. I’d also like to add that I had a dishwasher of dirty dishes that was left in the garage, we were told the dishwasher was the reason for the flooding and mould so we would receive a replacement, I left the dishes in there so we could transfer them to the new washer once it arrived (didn’t expect it to take 3 months) before I had chance to switch the dishes over they had taken the old washer, full of our stuff, and disposed of it. I think that out of respect they should have at least checked it was empty before hand. IF you are still willing to use this company then I highly recommend you ask for a decent project manager to handle the work you need done, otherwise the majority of your messages and concerns will be ignored.

I scheduled an appointment for 5 pm on a Friday for someone to come to my house and assess a water loss situation. At 5:10, I called the guy who was scheduled to come out. He said he had taken the day off to tend to family matters. He never even bothered to call and let me know. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of a potential customer’s time. I decided to go with Servpro instead. I don’t have time for bad customer service.
