Rigby’s Entertainment Complex

The place is good itself. The biggest issue is that the price are extremely expensive! For whatever you want to do (laser tag, go karts, mini golf…) the price is 8 $ per game. And the food is also crazy expensive also.

Rigby’s is an entertainment facility which has arcades, bowling, laser tag, skating, and go carting. My date and I went to Rigby’s the past weekend and we had an okay time.
There were a lot of school buses full of kids that filled the entire building! I don’t mind there were a lot of people at Rigby’s it shows that it has something to offer for people to come.
(Positive) My date and I strolled in around 7:30pm to see the games, as I check around the arcade section, I noticed a lot of new games were added which was I thought was great! A lot of fun, brightly colored arcade games that were well maintained and cleaned.
I didn’t get to visit the other activities as I think the laser tag was boring, the go-​kart lines were long and just about everything was filled with high schoolers. We did watch the NBA playoffs while we ate but other than that, I enjoyed my time at Rigby’s. Only one big thing for me… The cost to play the games are way too expensive! Dave n Busters is cheaper and have more variety.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday night to unwind after a stressful week. We enjoyed the after hour adult playtime and appetizers. However, we noticed that service was poor at the outside bar. We literally stood in front of the bartenders as they served EVERYONE around us. It became quite obvious that we were invisible because we were a little more «tanned» than the other patrons. We were stunned at the bartenders blatant disregard for us. The couple standing beside us also noticed that the bartenders were ignoring us and suggested that we move directly in front to the wells to command their attention. Another 10 mins passed and we were still being ignored. We patiently waited as the completed everyone’s order, then kindly asked several bartenders if it was possible for us to get a drink or if we needed to go back inside for service. One of bartenders answered, but she still refused to serve us. She walked away and began clean the other bar area. Another turned his back to us. We asked a third bartender for her assistance and she politely walked away and began to chat with the couple sitting next to us. She finally returned and offered her service. My low score is based on the outside bar service. I am hoping that this was an isolated incidence and that management will address this problem.

The whole place is set up very nicely and the staff are very courteous. It’s easy to spend a lot of money here since activities are on the slightly pricey side and it’s super easy to spend all your money in the arcade since the games are addicting! This place does have everything though, arcade, go-​karts, skating and laser tag. The best place to go for a party or just a night out looking for fun.

Really expensive, but they have it all when it comes to family fun!!! Laser tag, pool tables, go carts, arcades, bowling, golf, skating, food, drinks, and a full bar… Wow!!! I’m tired, but it’s spring break! Plenty of staff, and they are mostly friendly…

Fun place a little pricy but there is nothing else to do in WR. Soooo you pay to play! Good food great service!

Only place like it around. Roller skating is great, and that’s what we usually go for. I am not crazy about the bowling setup. It’s easy to spend a lot of money here, but they offer a lot of entertainment, and have put a lot of money into it.

Do not let your kids come here. This place is breaking liquor laws for georgia. There is no way they can serve that much hard liquor around children and be in the lines of the law. I am gonna report them I Was here on a Saturday and it was wall to wall drunk people at the oyster bar. I felt unsafe because people were inebriated. I would fear for my daughters safety if she came here Rigbys the only place where you can drink and drive (go karts). Drunk people on go karts were really bad. Also the card pay system sucks and is really confusing.

I’m so glad there are still decent roller rinks around. The staff was extremely friendly and if you come before 5pm you can skate all day (open until 12am) even if you leave and come back. For the most part the music is spot on. They also have an arcade, bowling, laser tag, and (soon) a mini golf course.

I have never played #lasertag before but the first time I went to #rigbys I played a game with my family. The instructions were explained to us and the game was extremely fun. I would definitely recommend taking some friends or getting your family to go to Rigbys and #getsomefun!

This place is great to take the kids for a few hours and then have a cold beer for the adults to sit back and relax and let’s the kids play. They also serve a wide variety of food to eat also… come try this place out…
