This place has gotten so much better.
When it first opened it was pretty bad, but now it’s the best Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. The lady working in the morning is so nice she makes chickfila seem like their service is bad.

This Taco Bell Sucks. Go to the one on Russell. Drive thru is a nightmare. Dine in is not any better. They also consistently get my order wrong here. When you say anything staff treats you like you’re the problem instead of the poorly managed restaurant.

this place sucks. I was so excited when I found out that this taco Bell was right down the road from where we live. However, every time we visit this location the food is always wrong the drinks suck and the customer service sucks. This is the fastest way to run down a new business and it won’t take long before it goes out of business if the management doesn’t make this better. We won’t go here anymore will go to the location on Russell Parkway they know what they’re doing and their food is always hot and correct.

Even though this one is closer to my house, I drive to the location on 247. The last time I went through the drive thru at this location, I ordered 2 Cantina steak quesadillas, and 5 smaller burritos. I got halfway home before I realized that I was given just the quesadillas, and 3 of the burritos. When I went back, with food in hand, to explain the situation, the manager on duty was quite rude and insinuated that I was stupid, and overlooked the food that obviously wasn’t there and offered to «help me look for it,» while pawing through the bags.
This location needs an overhaul before I will be giving them any of my business again.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in Warner Robins! They continuously get the most simple orders wrong and the freeze machine is either always broken or making the drink taste watered out. I have given them too many chances and money.
