The end product was acceptable but I won’t be going back. Visited the store in need of a 40“x40″ 2″ wooden shade for my bathroom to match the other windows in the house. Wound up spending way more than what I anticipated and the product that I expected was not installed. I was promised a pull-​up type of shade which is great because my wife is only 5’2″ and it would be difficult for her to reach that high to pull it down otherwise. Well either there was a gross miscommunication or something but that’s what we got. It’s a long way from what I originally envisioned.
