Worst place ever! No one in restaurant… Now we know why!
We went up to the counter and were ignored completely. We will never come here again.
We went to the Long John Silvers on NW 23 and meridian instead. It was GREAT!

Had to wait 5 minutes for the food to cook. I’m pretty sure the guys working today just did a wake and bake. Also waited 5 minutes at the order box.

This particular fish store really sucks. 30 min waiting and ol fish store guy decided I was through ordering for me. My yearly visit ended up just as I suspected. Go to walmart and buy fish sticks and cook em yourself.

Went to the drive thru. After waiting 10 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken I was asked to pull forward. I waited another 10 minutes. I finally went inside and asked about my food. They said oh we forgot. Then laughed about it. I can understand forgetting if they had been busy but they had no customers in the drive threw and 2 inside. All I can say is wtf.

These people are incompetent. I worked fast food when I was frickin’ 16. It isn’t rocket science. The service is awful– the ‘staff’ is short and cuts you off like they’re busy even when you’re the only car. They don’t open or close by listed hours and they treat you like one of their ‘bros’ and not a customer.
The food itself is… of normal LJS quality– usually. But I personally rather not feel agitated and sour by time I get my food– IF THEY GET THE ORDER RIGHT.
