Run! Do not pass go. Do not collect $ 200. Our furnace went out last night so we called Aladdin. They were supposed to be there by 10:30pm or so. My husband and I wait up for the repair man. He never showed. We called the repair man only to be yelled and screamed at about how he showed up and we never came to the door. Yada, yada, yada. So he left. I can tell you he never came to the door. I have a doorbell and 2 large dogs that alert you. Needless to say, Aladdin left my family cold and stranded. We will never use their services again. Can’t wait to use the new company and pay them to install a brand new furnace. DON’T ever call Aladdin.

Please use CAUTION if you call this company for ANYTHING!!! They are located in Warren at the corner of 11 Mile & Ryan.
A friend used them recently because their furnace went out on a very cold night. (The repairman didn’t come out till the next day).
Aladdin charged them $ 450 for a part ANYONE could buy for about $ 100. Their total bill was about $ 600 just to replace a circuit board!

Received great speedy service on my broken furnace tonight from Dan J. It turns out that another company that I hired didn’t do a proper job cleaning the furnace when I hired them this fall to prepare it for Winter. I will definitely call Aladdin again.

Top notch heating and cooling company. We’ve purchased a furnace, an air conditioner, and a stand-​by generator from Aladdin Heating and Cooling. They come out every fall to service the furnace and change the filter. They send us a post card around that time to offer a discounted rate. They check out the air conditioner and the generator for us as well. They do everything right the first time and we have not had a single problem with any of our purchases. Next on my list is an insert for the fire place. I’m still trying to talk my husband into that so wish me luck.
