We have used this company for many years and had good experiences until the last 3 years. They bought out all the other rental places in Macomb County so they don’t have to worry about condition of the equipment or customer service anymore. We had reserved a sno cone machine, it was confirmed by them 3 days in advance, but they didn’t have the machine when I went to pick it up. They said they would deliver to my event by 1pm, at 1:15 they still weren’t there. I called and they didn’t know anything about it. This will be my last time using them.

Called these guys to confirm my appointment, they told me they would call me back shortly but never did. I called again at the end of the day and this time spoke to a guy who told me he had to call me back, I told him what happen earlier and he could care less. Of course he never called me back either.

Never use this rental! Rented tables and chairs for grad party. Bought broken dirty chairs and tables. Wrong size tables, square covers for round tables, rude manager didn’t even try to apologies. If I could remove stars I would.
