Burger King

Friendly staff, good food. I got old/​stale food once, but they did make it right for me. It’s pretty decent, but the drive thru wait time is ridiculous. I think they are under staffed, should probably hire 2 – 3 more employees, at least. Speed things up. I’d rate 5 stars if they weren’t so slow.

There’s nothing like paying $ 7 for a «Whopper» — and I use that in quotations because it’s basically a slim piece of beef smothered in mayo — fries and a drink. It’s honestly hard to come to terms with spending money on food that isn’t really food at all.
Sometimes, time is of the essence and you get desperate and are low on cash… you’re driving and all you see are fast food chains. You’re thinking to yourself, Do I want Kentucky grilled fried whatever-​the-​hell chicken, or maybe some weird butter burger at Burger King, or maybe a mystery Fish Filet at McDonald’s? You make a snap decision because you’re thinking with your stomach and not your head.
Then, BAM! three hours later your stomach is grumbling because you probably developed some sort of relative Mad Cow Disease just by eating the product. Your burps immediately clear rooms. And the worst part is that you’re sill hungry.

Stopped by here on our way out of town.. Very impressed the place was super clean and staff was friendly. Not your average burger king for sure… keep up the great work.

When we drove into the Burger King parking lot, I noticed there was a large black item in the driveway — I had to swerve to avoid the debris. There was garbage scattered around the parking lot. I pulled into the second drive through lane because there were two people in the first lane. I ended up backing out and getting into the lane with the other two cars because the menu lights were out and we could not see the menu.
My boyfriend wanted something spicy but did not see anything spicy on the menu. I asked the girl who was working the drive thru what they served that was spicy. She seemed very annoyed with the question and have me a quick response — the spicy blt whopper and the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. I then asked what made the whopper spicy — she replied with a spicy bacon sauce.
I then ordered two rodeo cheese burgers with the spicy bacon sauce added. I asked for light sauce of both the bbq and the spicy bacon. The order taker gave me a snotty response by saying «uhhhhh… Okayyyy?». I also ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and a value size fry. Rather than giving me a total, she told me «second window». When I got to the window, she did not make any eye contact just simply «6 dollars». I gave her the payment — she handed me my credit card and bag of food. I made sure I told her thank you but did not get acknowledged what so ever. She did not speak to me other than the total.
Once we got home, we noticed there was little to no bbq sauce and no spicy bacon sauce on the rodeo burger that we asked for. The chicken nuggets were ice cold and the frys tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a while.
Sad to say since this bk is right down the street from our house but we will never go back to this location after experiencing the dirty parking lot, unlit menus and rude employees.

I waited 10 minutes before switching lanes. I came over here and I was told to hang on. When I pulled in I seen an employee in the dining room. There are only two cars here. Get your shit together. You still have NOT taken my order. I was previously a manger at the 11 and mound location, I suggest you go there. They actually care about making time. Its been at least 15 minutes now. Thanks for wasting my life.

Horrible service, very poorly managed. So many staff members standing around doing nothing while the dining room was a filthy mess and our food was cold.

I live nearby so I come here often because my girlfriend likes the satisfies. I have never been here and got service at a reasonable time. Every time I’ve been here I’ve had to wait way too long.
