Dunkin’ Donuts

This location NEVER makes anything right! I can go to a different location and the items are way better made, made right…

I give 0 out of 5, let me tell you why. This Dunkin Donuts location is absolutely deplorable. Never once out of a straight year of getting the same thing every single morning has it ever been right. I’m too passive of a person to be rude and yell in the drive-​thru so I’ll take to this review. Everyday Monday through Friday consists of a large Iced Coffee, Extra Cream, Extra Sugar, with Hazelnut flavoring. The only thing that potentially changes may be the flavor or an addition of a Turbo Shot (their espresso).
Firstly, if you get it normal, as ordered, there is so much ice in the glass you end up with about 3 – 4 total sips of coffee. Their prices are great, but not low enough for that to be acceptable. If I wanted a glass of ice I would ask for it. I now ask for my ice in a separate glass. Problem solved, or so I thought. Depending on the day of the week you end up with either a rude woman taking your order who gets annoyed that you ask for ice separately, or a little girl who doesn’t comprehend that ice can go into a separate glass. My problem here is that half the time to compensate for the ice being in a separate glass I will be handed a large iced coffee that is only half full. It is 100% obvious that the reason anyone would ask for no ice or ice in another cup is so that they can get as much actual beverage as is advertised. Same thing occurs 3 out of 5 days a week whether I ask for no ice, lite ice, ice in a separate glass, or a block of glacier ice freshly carved in a cooler (jokes).
Secondly, the ratio of mixins for coffee at this location also just sucks. Extra cream. Extra sugar. I’ve watched them make my coffee with the most sort excuse for cream quantity and sugar quantity.
Third, the drink is never shaken and mixed properly.
Fourth, the drink is not sweet at all, only the first sip is sweet, or only the last few sips are sweet. This may go back to other reviewers’ comments but this definitely only happens at this location.
Food is ok. Drinks and staff, and service here, are deplorable. I’d rather grab a coffee at a local coffee shop than at this DD location any time.

I work down the road from this dunkin and they are always busy which means everything is fresh. Girls in the drive thru are always pleasant and greet you with a smile.

Was really disappointed after waiting in line then placing my order that she could only take drink orders then had to wait in another line to place my food order dinning in & no treys ate food out of a bag wich is absolutely absurd tables are dirty lobby needs cleaned bad the spicy smoked sausage sandwich was on point tho topped it off with a chocolate frosted donut which hit the spot the milk the sell is generic & gross 3 out of 5 stars for fast service & good breakfast food

Everyone has been friendly but I can’t stand it when they don’t shake my iced coffee before they give it to me! They hand it to me and the liquids are separated. I’m not sure why it bugs me, but it does. Every other Dunkin Donuts shakes my drinks except for this one.
That’s my only complaint.
