I’m lucky, the Hoover location isn’t far from my work, and the Clawson store is right around the corner from my home. Love this place. I can’t always find something to use, but they’re always getting new shipments in. Staff at both locations are very friendly and helpful.

Royal Oak, MI
Get on their email list and you’ll be notified of new shipments and sales. Sometimes the shipments have more apparel fabrics, sometimes more upholstery and décor fabrics. Either way, the best stuff gets snapped up quickly, so those who come away disappointed have to get into the spirit and try again next time — it’s always different at this store. When you do find a fabric, you’re getting an unbeatable deal and the service is consistently great. One of my favorite bargain hunting places!

MILFORD, MI
Went there today. It was okay, but I’m not sure if it was worth the 45 minute drive. They have a great price range, nothing over 8.99. If you’re looking for upholstery fabric then there is a lot to choose from but any other fabric the pickings were pretty slim. Mostly very dated colors and patterns. I was told they get new fabric in all the time. I might stop in again to see if they had anything new, but only if I was in the neighborhood.
The staff was super friendly.
