We will not be using this company again. They are great when things are easy but as soon as you confront them about anything, they become defensive and rude. Last winter, we had our furnace replaced. This winter, we had a serious cold snap and our new furnace couldn’t heat the house above 56 degrees. When I called to ask what could be wrong with my NEW furnace, they became quite rude and told me that I had an attitude. I ended up calling another company to come out and when they opened up the furnace discovered the following: The gas line did not have a drip chamber to catch condensation There was no grommet around the entry where the electrical wires come through and exposed wires were up against the metal casing The gas was set way too low In short, my high efficiency furnace was running at about 85% rather than the 96% the sticker claimed it should be running at. I would call them to complain, but I know they wouldn’t care and would likely cite my «attitude» problem in defense of their lack of competence.
