I reached out to Lucido’s and the owner Steve is stellar! He contacted me promptly and was able to let me know the availability of services. Because of a specific date, I was unable to go with their company BUT I was thoroughly impressed by the service prior to the move that I wanted to write and share. I will definitely recommend Lucido’s and use this company in future moves.

We used lucido’s after we saw their ad in craigs list! We contacted Steve, our move was a little bit out of his way, we were moving from Grand Blanc to Canton with an hour commute distance! Nevertheless, he estimated a quote over the phone based pn our descriptionand recommended mover John (i hope i got the name right) for our move.
It was hand down the easiest move we’ve ever done. Movers were very polite, efficient, timely and careful. Our furniture was very neatly wrapped and arranged that nothing was scratched or damaged. We had a lot of fragile boxes and they were all safe! In the end they kept their Quote although we had more boxes than expected, so we tipped extra.
Despite the few reviews on Unilocal,i highly recommend Steve’s company, will definitely use them again!

Ludico’s Discount Moving is the best moving company I have ever done business with. They came out and reviewed my items in advance and gave me a flat rate. I even had 3 pickup locations and enough to fill the truck twice! At the end of the day I knew he had underestimated how many things I had but he honored the quote. I made sure to tip them extremely well! My belongings were handled with care, the staff was very polite and cared about the job they did. This was my 30^th move, hopefully the last. But this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a service company. I have found no damage. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs. You will not regret it for a moment. I’ll be telling all my friends about Lucido’s!

I have used Lucidos discount moving for two separate moves. Both times they were fast and moved our items with care. We had whole house moves and they were able to move all the furniture with ease. The price was extremely reasonable for their service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for experienced movers at a great price.

I moved recently and was able to use one of my clients because her dad owns a moving company– Lucidos. I like being able to re-​pay business!
I moved to my new house in Dearborn last month– it was a full 3 bedroom with a finished basement and garage move. I didn’t have anything too big– no large bookcases or wall sized furniture– but it was a full load.
Steve came out to my house to assess the goods in advance– which was awesome because he was able to give me an accurate rate and not just a guess. I’ve moved a lot over the years, and this was the first time I’ve had a company do that. Second thing was that he gave me a flat rate– totally cool! No worrying about going over budget if I had an hourly rate like normal– nope, a nice flat rate to ease the mind!
There were a total of 4 guys for the move and for the first time ever– nothing was damaged or broken! They even took the time to arrange my furniture exactly how I wanted it– even moving it over a few inches one way or another when I got retentive about it being centered on the wall.
This was by far the best moving experience I’ve had– and I’ve really only used the big name companies in the past. I’m glad I used Lucidos and would totally recommend them a hundred times over. Thanks for making my day, boys!
