Had a Groupon here to get my hair done. The groupon said «any cut and color.» Got there and they said since my hair is long (it’s about an inch past my shoulders) it’d be $ 10 extra. So okay. Then she said it was just for a trim and highlights. Whatever. But she was new I think and cut my hair in some crazy style that I told her please not to do. Finally I was going to pay and she said she wouldn’t take my debit card because she wouldn’t get her tip that day and made me walk to the bank across the street to get money out. (They did have the ability to use my card, she just didn’t want to because of the tip). Oh plus she charged me $ 40 extra. I got my groupon refunded.
This was the first time I’ve ever cried over a bad haircut. Don’t go here, ever. No wonder the place was empty.

I recently got a Shellac manicure there because I had a daily deal voucher. The salon is very nice, but the nail area is dirty. They used an off brand Shellac and the finished product was abysmal. My 6 year old niece could have done a better job. The polish was all over my skin and cuticles and my skin was actually bonded to my nail with the gel. This is a place to avoid like the plague. Zero stars isn’t an option on Unilocal or I would have done that.
