The quality of Samsonite goes without saying. However, I recently had to make a return of a new, unused product to the store and I was made to feel as if it was a major inconvenience. I had my receipt and the luggage was unused with the tags still in place. Heck! The plastic coating over the logo was even in place! The luggage could definitely be sold again as new because it remained flawless. Regardless, the guy doing the transaction (long hair, vest) kept huffing and visibly showing his lack of desire to return a product. I’ve purchased other items from this store and have loved them all.
Would I still shop here? I suppose so… but not without looking elsewhere for similar deals first.
