This is hard to rate this place.
Pros; good food. Lots of vegetarian options!!! Clean. Nice atmosphere. Interesting menu. Fresh! For that on its own I’d give this place 5 stars.
Cons; loud. Worst Service in Trumbul! Waiters are SLOW! (Often are on their phones) Usually short handed/​understaffed (especially when events are happening) Run out of items on the menu. We’ve been here many of times. We go back for the food but seriously, not even one time has there been good service. For this I’d give this place –1 star.

Awesome service great food. I have tried a few things here and my favorite is the spring chicken sandwich.
Blackened chicken with a raspberry ricotta spread on top. Delicious. If you want a little something different this is your place.
Fries and onion rings are always crispy and not soggy. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Found this cute little sandwich shop on here and decided to give it a try. The staff was very nice and the food was excellent. My boyfriend and I came in around lunch and were very pleased with the quick service. Definitely will be back!

This is a great choice if you are looking for a local restaurant in the Warren area with a big city vibe. It is a good deal for the quality of food, service and ambiance. The menu is seasonal, so you can always find something new, but it seems like the keep some items year around based on other reviews.
Atmosphere: very trendy and unique to the area. Feels like you are in a much bigger city. There was a performer playing his music, which made it difficult to hear each other at the beginning, but it also added to the experience.
Seating: mainly four top, unpadded booths. They don’t look large enough for four, but they are. Once we sat down it felt comfortable enough. In the middle there are two large, very long tables for family seating or meeting new friends. I love the look and feel of that beautiful program as the center and focus of the dining space.
Food: We ordered two appetizers: Fried Zucchini and Sweet Potato Waffle Fries. They were both excellent and the Fried Zucchini stole the day! We were all competing for it. They are cut in large, long, thin-​fried strips. It comes with chipotle-​mayo sauce and marinara and the chipotle-​mayo got wiped out. The fries come with cranberry ketchup which is mainly cranberry sauce and is incredible!
Main Dishes: We ordered the special meatloaf sandwich, the regular meatloaf sandwich, the cilantro chicken sandwich and the gyro. We all loved our selections. I had the regular meatloaf sandwich and it really is a definite try if you like meatloaf, wrapped in bacon and smothered with cheese on a croissant… which, how could you not?
Service: there was only one waiter and the place filled up (even though we were eating at 1:30), so they were a bit understaffed. It took 5 minutes or so to get our menus, another 10 to get our drinks and 5 – 10 more before we ordered. He was relatively responsive on the drinks though and our food came quickly once we ordered. He had a great personality and is able to make the long waits ok because he is so relatable.
Price: two meals and an appetizer with waters was $ 24 before tip… And that was with one of the higher prices meals included.
I never knew how hard it would be to find a nice, local place for a double date for lunch in the Warren, Ohio area. After looking through Unilocal and Trip Advisor for a long time we finally decided on Lime Tree Sandwich Factory, even though the reviews were limited.
It was a great choice! We passed a couple of the other top 10 options on the way and I did not regret skipping them based on the outside appearance at least.

Nice little find in downtown Warren. Service, food and beer selection were all good. Yummy seasoned fries and very good burgers in a pleasant setting.

This place has greatly improved since their opening. They got real plates! Yay! I’ve had a few salads, the cardiac fries, fried squash and tasted a few other things that have all been delicous. The staff have always been pleasant and on the ball about drink refills. Its also the only place I know of with healthy options around here ;)
If you can make it out for one of the small plates nights I’d recommend it! Everything was delicious, the chef really does a lovely job. My only complaint? Please put some deserts on the menu! I bet they would be awsome too.

Nice ambiance, with interesting art on the walls and a coffee shop vibe — but with food and drinks. The staff was friendly and relaxed, and we didn’t feel rushed at all, though we left around closing time. My burger and my husband’s meatball sandwich sandwich were both solid, and he liked his beers. They have salads and appetizers, including a few vegan and gluten-​free options. The beer selection seems to be good. We’ll return.

Very good food. Everything has great prices. It’s a cool place to eat. They have lots of art work on the walls and they keep a stack of games to play on the wall. My only complaint was that the food took a long long time to come out. Other than that, good place!

Comfortable atmosphere. Chalk board micro brew drafts that change quickly (that’s a good thing). Good food and wait staff that come out quickly.

I have enjoyed every visit and every sandwich. Peppers and oil is a start as well. It is nice to have a place in Warren where they are thinking creatively and outside the box.

Was craving a Reuben sandwich, and decided to try this place. It was DELICIOUS. Fries were fresh and loved the seasoning on them. Definitely will be back.

A departure from the norm. If you’re looking for an experience in Warren, Ohio, try the Lime Tree on the square. Basic menu items to a sandwich shop, but so much «funner»! Good BBQ burger and Veggie burger, complete with fries, pickle and a «blues bass player and singer». While waiting for our order, we played two rounds of gin rummy with cards supplied by the restaurant. Could have played chess, checkers, 4 across, and others! Enjoyable time and s good tasty meal.

Lovely atmosphere! Friendly service! Portobello melt was made fresh… Delish! Fries seemed a bit old… Maybe just reheated. Overall, pretty good little spot!
