The worst fucking Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I can understand if someone’s having a bad day but when you’re just blatantly rude to all the customers and disrespectful should be ashamed of yourself or you should be fucking taking orders. Never again will I go to that place! If that was my store, I’ll fire the entire staff!

The worst Tim horton’s ever. Went in Sumday morning at 9. Asked for a fruit explosion muffin. All out. Would take 20 minutes. Well there are several in the bin that says fruit explosion. Oh… those are chocolate chip. ??? Nothing was in the correct basket that it was marked. Husband ordered English muffin sandwich. Oh, we are out of English muffins. Seriously. No one moved with any kind of speed. If I could figure out how to give less than one star, I would.

My order is rarely correct. I stopped in this morning against my better judgement. The wait was long despite there only being one person ahead of me. My coffee didn’t taste like coffee and my toasted bagel wasn’t really toasted. The bagel was slightly warmed. The owner and/or management needs to get a clue.

As a displaced metro-Detrioiter I love me some Timmy Ho’s. This one in particular did not disappoint. Staff was incredibly friendly for early in the morning. Service was quick, and food was what I have come to expect. I would return to this particular one if I was in the area.

I stopped in for an Iced Coffee, fled this particular Timmy’s as the restroom was a disgusting mess that hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Yuck!

Love Tim Horton’s coffee. It is good at every store. Also love their iced cappuccino. Great place to go if you want something fast and healthier the junk food fast food.

Oh, Timmy, I wanted to like you. This was my first time at a Tim Hortons, and it left a bit ti be desired. Our cashier seemed to have slipped into a coma as we ordered. We asked a few questions and instead of getting answers she assumed it was our order. I ordered 10 Timbits and she let me choose 2 flavors then filled up the rest with whatever she wanted. It’s a good thing I don’t discriminate when it comes to donuts. Boyfriend found a hair in his bagel sandwich, my bagel and coffee were meh. Timbits were good though!

Some Unilocalers refuse to review any establishment that is a chain. I used to be one of them. But you know what? We all break down and visit these chain establishments from time to time and I think they should be subjected to the same treatment I do any other establishment. Therefore… a Unilocal review is in order. So what if the menu is the same at all locations? That doesn’t necessarily mean the quality is… or the staff is up to par. You get where I’m going… Tim Horton’s is your basic coffee chain, except I actually REALLY like their coffee here. As far as Starbucks goes — this stuff blows them right out of the water. I also don’t have to order my cups of coffee in stupid false Italian sizes… I can say«small», «medium» and«large.» Bonus. The staff at this location, at first, seems like they couldn’t care less about you. Hell, it might be true. However, once you become somewhat of a regular they give you that special treatment. They remember my order, how I take my coffee(two Splendas, no cream), and even chat me up a little bit — but not so much as to be annoying. They haven’t done it yet, but I predict I may be offered a free donut down the line somewhere… maybe I’d have to start ordering them occasionally to get them tossed in. I promise not to tell, guys. Oh yeah… free WiFi. Awesome. This location also seems to be doing things right. I’ve never had a bad cup of coffee from them, which is a lot more than I can say from the location on Hoover. Holy Moses, I don’t know what they did to that stuff but it was disgusting. This place is on top of their game. Friendly staff(once they get to know you) and the standards you expect from Tim Horton’s. Rock on, guys. Rock the F on.
