Tri-County Urologists PC

Before I get in to my negatives experiences with this office, I feel inclined to share a funny experience I had while there with the Doctor. Part of your exam is getting your junk checked to make sure there are no lumps or abnormalities. As soon as he grabbed my jewels his text message sound went off. What was that sound pray tell? A semi truck horn. True story bro!
Now on to the bad stuff. The front office staff there is really rude and talks to you as if you are stupid and or/​wasting their time. My main reason for going was to see how well my boys are swimming because my wife and I are trying to have a baby. I go there, get felt up and told I need to go to someplace else to provide my sample for analysis.
Fast forward a few weeks, I have given my sample and am now awaiting the results. I call in to the office per the instructions given by the lab I went to. The lady on the other end was extremely rude with me and told me that there was nothing she could do because the Doctor still needs to sign off on things. I was then assured I would get a callback before the end of the day with the results.
Guess what? I never did get a phone call back so I called the following morning for a followup. I get the same grumpy bitch and she neglects to apologize for not calling back the day prior and she still has an attitude with me when I ask for my results. She gives them to me and informs me that they want me to go back to the lab and provide another sample. I asked for some clarification and she said in a harsh tone «SIR I DO NOT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND THE MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY WRITTEN HERE SO YOU’RE JUST GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT AND HAVE A NURSE CALL YOU BACK TO EXPLAIN THINGS! I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!»
Excuse me?!? What the hell happened to customer service these days? If I ever talked to one of my Clients like that I’d be fired on the spot. The rest of the staff there look like Zombies too with no expressions on their lifeless faces. You know what. no I take that back. Zombies are bad ass and much too cool to categorize these ladies there so I apologize. Needless to say I will be seeking another office for a second opinion.
