Wedgewood Fernando’s Pizza

One of my favorite pizza spots in the area but this location’s management team really made me upset a month back. I ordered a full sheet of pizza half pepperoni, half cheese and double cut. I gave them a time that I wanted to pick up the order and they gave me my pick up number. My kids were starving and they’re too young to leave at home so I loaded them up in the car and headed out. I walk into the shop and see 3 teenagers giggling and laughing. One of them asks for my ticket number. I give him my number and they start to laugh. I ask them what’s so funny and the one boy tells me that’s my pizza in the floor and that they dropped it. They said they’re making me a new one and even though I was upset I understand that mistakes happen. Now where I got really upset was when they made me the new pizza and it was finally done 20 minutes later they realized that they made it wrong with the entire pizza being all pepperoni. The one kid has the nerve to tell me that either I can take this one or I can wait for another one to be made and that it will take another 20 minutes. The icing on the cake was when I asked to speak to the owner or manager on duty because I feel like something should have been done. The kid goes to the back and comes back out telling me that the manager (never came out to talk to me) said to give 10% off my order for the inconvenience. I replied 10% off? Especially considering I already get 10% off with my Howland discount card. I asked how about throwing in that mistake full pepperoni sheet too? The kid tells me the manager won’t let him do that. I walked out beyond furious. I guess this is what happens when you have today’s generation of high school kids running the shop while the manager on duty sits on his/​her butt in the back office.

Awesome pizza. Awesome marinara sauce. Great prices. Probably the best pizza in town! No delivery– my only gripe!

Our third time going to this location. Our pizza is always warm and toppings fresh. The pizza is consistently cooked and has tasted the same every time.
We also get the garlic bread with pepper toppings that are delicious. Wish they had wings

I have only had 1 flavored pizza here multiple times & it’s the best. It’s the «Everything». The pepperoni is in thin strips. I’m not a fan of peppers but they are cut so small you can’t take them. It’s very flavorful and always cooked to perfection

This is the best pizza ever! We used to drive over fifteen miles to Austintown just to get this delicious pizza once a month. We are so happy that they are now in Howland Township, just a short drive away.
The topping are always top notch with loads of flavor. They never skimp on the ingredients, you always have toppings left to go along with the crust. My favorite is the Original Everything which has just about everything on it. The staff is always friendly and I’ve never had an order mis-​made. If you want great local pizza, this is the place. When they say twenty minutes to pick up, that is exactly when it will be, 20 minutes.

I’ve only had this pizza a couple of times, but I’ve never been unhappy with it. Nothing has gone wrong as far as orders and service goes, but there was also nothing particularly memorable about the pizza. I wouldn’t turn anyone away from Wedgewood, but I haven’t found a reason to steer anyone in that particular direction yet.
