Good food, attentive service. Chef came out to check on gluten free pasta preperation. Prices very fair. Not a first date kinda place large open seating dining room.

Went last night for Valentine’s Day. They had a small menu with only about seven items on it, but it still took them over an hour and a half to get us our food. We had a calamari appetizer, but there were probably about ten small piece on it. Our waiter was incredible. He did everything in his power to make sure we were taken care of, but the kitchen definitely needs some major help. Oh, and they lost their liquor license, so no alcohol… That wasn’t fun

Updated review! New management! Not a good thing! First off there was maybe 5 people in the restaurant on a Saturday night. Ownership argued with me because I told them the food wasn’t the same. antipasti de mare — the sauce was so watery it rolled off the noodles. Tasteless and not even close to the real thing. Shrimp Champagne — sat in the window so long the noodles were glossed over and cold to the touch, did I mention it was tasteless. Sister didn’t bother taking ¾ of it home. I got the Mediterranean pizza after the failed attempt at antipasti de mare thinking — you can’t mess up pizza??? Right? Guess again my friends. Pizza wasn’t chewy at all, toppings were barely cooked and that wasn’t handmade sausage. Tasted bland and generic. Ownership proceeded to inform me that they let the previous chef go because he costs 1000 a week. Care to air your dirty laundry some more? I don’t care how much your chef costs all I care about is the food tasting good and your food is horrible!!! Wouldn’t go back if someone paid me. Do us a favor, turn the lights on! Get a liquor license! Liquor us up! Then maybe, just maybe we’ll forget about how bad the food is.

Traveled from Sedalia to Warrensburg to eat here. My husband had Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. We often share bites so we can compare. I used to live in Boston and had many, many good meals in the North End. I must say the Fettuccine Alfredo was very, very good and the chicken was fabulous! I had the Pasta Sempur and it was rich, creamy, mmmm wonderfully rich and the pasta had that perfect bite, al dente. The bread is TODIEFOR!!! And our waitress was super attentive and our food was perfectly timed. We enjoyed the calamari appetizer and, again, wonderful. Perfectly seasoned, perfect crunch, nice consistency. There are only 2 reasons I didn’t give them 5 stars. 1) No liquor license… yet. 2) The Caesar Salad needs a little work. I hope they train the staff to prepare it table side as that’s the way it tastes the best. Adding fresh grated parmesan, fresh ground pepper, and fresh in house made croutons would take it a very long way. We will be going back! The ambiance was lovely. Can’t wait to try more!

Date night away from kids and this place was perfect. The waitress was friendly and the atmosphere allowed for us to relax and enjoy a great meal and enjoy some wine. Will be back again!!!

Went for lunch on sunday afternoon, we ordered the pasta special for $ 19. The shrimp was almost raw and the chicken tasted like left over night. I do not recommend it because of the price and taste.

When you walk in the door all you smell is butter, garlic, mozzarella cheese. Your nose is in heaven. Then you sit down and the waitress brings HEAVENLYROLLS and your eyes roll inside your head. The Italian food is good but go for the pizza ! Atmosphere is nice, white table cloths and candles. don’t know who buys or samples their wines. Fire them they don’t know wine at all. Order beer or coke products. The wait staff is pleasant and young. We will be back for the pizza !

Excellent food and service. A very nice dinner option in Warrensburg with great food, atmosphere and service. The homemade dressings and dinner rolls are awesome as well.

Best authentic Italian restaurant in town. I grew up eating amazing homemade meals from Italian friends and family. I can honestly say at this restaurant you will eat delicious-tasting food from a cook who really knows what she’s doing. Fresh ingredients and food that has been prepared with care and passion. They serve you freshly made rolls with olive oil that are warm and amazing. Try not to fill up on those, but they’ll be hard to resist. They also have a good selection of Italian beer and wine. Each table is lit by a candle on white tablecloth. The ambiance feels formal but light and no stuffy at all. Save room for dessert as well and try the lemoncello… oh so good! I’m a local and a regular at this place. Reminds me of the food I grew up with. Highly recommended.

For the middle of Missouri this place is a real diamond in the rough! First of all the waitresses are sweet and attentive. The homemade hot bread appetizers with a homemade dipping oil is to die for. The food was really good, it wasn’t overly flamboyant like olive garden and had a more homemade appeal to it. It feel like an old-fashioned Italian family restaurant. It is now one of my wife and my favorites. We are definitely going back soon.

I ate here for lunch today. There was no special lunch menue, it was the same as dinner. My friend and I each ordered fettuccine alfredo. The garlic bread is great. The salad was amazing, and the entrée was good too. I would strongly recommended this restaurant for itialian food in warrensburg. Nothing to travel for, but not too shabby.

It’s hard to rate this restaurant due to circumstances. We had a large wedding party of probably a little more than 20 people. Our waitress seemed to be overwhelmed. When asked what the soup of the day was she didn’t know, which could happen but she never found out for us. She asked if we were ready to order & then disappeared. Our bride to be finally got up & said something since no one had gotten re-fills of water or bread. Several staff members came to help her. She took our orders however when the food came out none of the staff knew which plate was who’s. It became a little hectic. Understandably not all 20+ plates are going to be done at the same time but there was a significant difference between the first few plates & the last. Many guests had time to finish their food long before the last 3 plates came out. Sadly it was our bride to be & the only 2 kids that were last to be served & they should have not been the last. On top of the food being so random one plate that was lamb came out raw & was sent back to the kitchen. Towards the end of service our waitress switch, the new waitress was a lot friendlier & incredibly more efficient. When asked where the other lady went, she said that waitress was now helping cook. As far as the restaurant itself, our shoes stuck to the floor in several spots & in the women’s bathroom the stall door had completely fallen off. We told a waiter but nothing was done while we were there. It’s very possible we just went on an off night. And I realize the size of our party isn’t easy. However as a successful restaurant you have to be prepared for anything from large parties, allergies, and picky customers. I would give this restaurant another try just to see if it was a fluke since the food was good but we live nowhere close so that most likely won’t happen

Brought a big group here after my bro-in-laws graduation. Service was great! Bread was amazing! House wine was actually quite good! I’m only giving it 4 stars because my chicken in my fettuccine Alfredo was very bland. My husband said his chicken Parmesan was good but also a bit bland. Their marinara is super tasty, my salad was great, and our appetizers were good! They also got seating for 10 of us very quickly! All in all, I would recommend this place!

We had the best meal here tonight. The bread and dipping sauce was wonderful. I ordered the shrimp diablo, extra spicy and it was amazing. We can’t wait to go back. Last of all, it was reasonably priced!

Great Italian atmosphere. The bread and dipping sauce was outstanding. It was olive oil, garlic and tomatoes I ordered a chicken pomodoro. It was good. My wife ordered chicken parmasean. Also good, but it could have used more sauce. The waiter did bring extra sauce but it was different. Waiter was kind and professional. Cheese cake was excellent.
