I’ve been here several times and it continues to go down hill. This past weekend the lone employee was wearing his latex gloves to take money then return to work on food items. These college kids don’t care. Have a supervisor present. To make matters worse, they no longer have plain yogurt. Isn’t this a yogurt shop? No plain? The sour mix of plain and flavored is the perfect base to my granola topping. Wait! They had no granola either. It’s all candy and candy bars. Put the granola back on the menu. So I thought I’d top it off with hot fudge. Nope. The container was empty. The college kid behind the counter says it’s out. I say get some. He says it will take awhile. I said, well didn’t you know it was out the past several hours? There’s no one else in here. Why didn’t you change it? We pay. I have an inferior bowl of yogurt masquerading as ice cream and sit down to eat it. That’s when he got his latex gloves on and began to change the hot fudge bag. Two more customers came in. He took their money, gloves on, then returned to the hot fudge. His eyes never leaving adult swim cartoons on the large television in the corner, except when he took time to text on his phone — all with gloves on. I hope they get their act together.

Always love coming here. They always seem to be so friendly and have a deal going on. The toppings look fresh and clean(no huge messes, spills into other toppings). I heard another location opened on the college campus too.

I’m originally from Florida and frozen yogurt was like a forth meal to me. I got here and used to have to drive 45 mins to Lees Summit to get it. Seeing it in warrensburg, made me sooooo happy :) LOVEIT!
