Simply awful customer service. Placed my order online and was immediately called by the florist to tell me that they couldn’t deliver on the date selected because they were simply too busy that day. Why would your website let me select that date then? Also, the very rude woman on the phone informed me that they didn’t even have the flowers that I had selected. At least a got a refund. Edit: Haven’t received a refund, had to contact my bank and file a claim.

I have used Designs By Teresa about 7 – 8 times by now, mostly by phone order. The shop is really quaint and it has many other things in there besides flowers and plants. Parking can be annoying especially on the weekends. It’s on the corner of Main Street in Old Town Warrenton by the court house. They take credit cards orders and have a nice website. It’s not 5 stars because I think their delivery charge can be slightly lower. I always receive great feedback from the recipients of my orders to say that the arrangement/​plant looks beautiful and lasted a long time. I will probably use them for our daughter’s wedding, whenever that will be.

The thing that lured me into Designs by Teresa was the sign advertising their «Bear Loft.» I’m a sucker for Bears, Teddy Bears, Bears this and Bears that.
Looking around, the shop carries all sorts of plants and floral arrangements, but also lots of home décor items.
The Bear Loft is upstairs — up a really cool narrow, winding staircase. Upstairs, there are Bears of all sorts — Bears galore! As well as many other stuffed animals. See the pix I’ve attached to the business listing.
I found a cute stuffed groundhog — something I’ve never seen before — so I had to have him.
The ladies working here are very nice!

I just bought flowers for my wife from Teresa. The thoughtful staff was extremely helpful to a design deficient old man. They’ll have all my future business.

Dissatisfied with customer service and the quality of flowers for the price. When I called to complain about flowers falling apart, owner was defensive, rude, and had poor customer service skills. I was given a partial refund for the flowers I complained about. She did deliver on a quick turn around request. Did find other local florists who were able to respond to me with better attitude and people skills.

Had an appointment with the owner to discuss flowers for an elopement. She was pushy and tyrannical, sternly lecturing me because my elopement was a week away. (Of course, because most elopements are last minute). I almost cried in the store.
She said the only thing she could do was white and red roses. In the end, I bought $ 200 worth of artificial greenery that day. I found a florist from my home town who put together something elegant for my bridal bouquet.
They just ordered the flowers, which Teresa was unwilling to do.
THE KICKER: Teresa actually called the B and B (to their amusement) where I was getting married to complain about me, saying that «Two hundred dollars is nothing for me.»
They took her off their preferred providers list.
