I only give this place one star because I cannot give zero.
I called and asked for a quote to pawn an item, twice. The man that answered was gruff and rude. I live 20 miles away so I wanted to be site I had my ducks in order. I load the items I wanted to pawn (TV) into my car and off I went. I arrived and that same gruff and rude man behind the counter barked «did you bring the remote?» I hadn’t so I asked if I could go but an universal remote and the rude man barked no it has to be the one from the TV manufacturer.
Shouldn’t this have been important information to relay over the phone? That would have saved me an absolutely humiliating drive to warrenton.
The rude man told me I should have known to bring the remote. I don’t pawn things regularly, he knows the procedures not me!
