We hired Aubree for my wife’s birthday celebration (16 guests), which we hosted at a rented cabin in Brightwood, VA. She was very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. She worked hard with my wife to design a great gluten-​free menu. We ended up going with a curried butternut squash soup, hazelnut crusted flounder, and sausage-​stuffed peppers. The dishes were delicious and plated/​presented tastefully. Aubree went above and beyond by testing the dishes on her own time prior to the actual event. She also came in under budget on our groceries, which helped immensely. The kitchen was left clean as a whistle. The overall cost was very reasonable for what we received. I would not hesitate to recommend Holistic Home Cookin’.
