I absolutely LOVE Dr. Chun but the office administration is absolutely terrible. If you ever have to call to have them refill your prescription, it is almost impossible to speak with anyone in the office and they will not call you back. Every time I have had to contact them, it is taken several days and dozens of phone calls before I can talk to a person or get anything resolved. Unfortunately this has not been a one time issue and seems to be getting worse over time.
