I brought my Saab 9 – 5 in with a fuel leak and John took care of me almost immediately. I was impressed and pleased that he set me up with a loaner(Toyota Corolla) while they took care of my Saab. The repair involved them searching salvage yards for parts and they were able to find one cheaper than I could. Throughout the process the staff was communicative and informative. I was hesitant to take my Saab to a shop that doesn’t specialize in these unique vehicles, but John and his team have earned my trust and business– this wasn’t just a simple oil change. The prices are not cheap, but are exactly in line with what I’ve seen from other independent shops and what I expect to pay for owning a European car. I would bring my Saab here again.

Good mechanical work, but it will cost you *top* dollar. I was quoted $ 2,400 for a job that was $ 1,600 at another facility and $ 900 at yet another. If you are having serious electrical problems requiring diagnostics, this may be one of the places to go.
