Bathroom toilets clogged, no paper towels. Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Kids play area could use a good cleaning.

The menu is pretty much unchanged over the decades. Reasonably priced and consistent. Not good for my diet but good comfort food once in a while. Free refills! Love their battered fries.

Even though I tend to stay away from fast food as much as possible, I get those cravings! Probably the best Burger King in the area! The staff is always talkative and friendly. It’s really hard to screw up fast food, so of course it’s good. The staff and manager can also handle a good lunch rush knowing that’s probably the hardest time of day.

I arrived with my kids for lunch. There was no line so we walked right up to the counter. The manager that on on duty approached us to take our order. I asked about the chicken nuggets being peanut free. The MANAGER tell me he does not know and hands me the paper that goes on the trays and tells me that I can check on that. I am very disappointed with this service. The manager should know his menu and for the options that are available at a fast food burger place you would think he would know what the ingredients are with the most common allergies. I found it unprofessional that the manager tells a customer to look up the answer to a menu question, especially when the place isn’t busy at all. Service no matter what the business is job one for all employees especially the managers.

It’s Burger King. You know the menu. You know the service. You get what you expect.

Wi-Fi service here a great addition. 1 Mb downstream so is key. Had the new jalapeño steakhouse burger. Pretty good.

The management team at this Burger King has absolutely no regard for ethics nor for the law. I don’t get upset easily, but some of the practices at this BK completely disgust me. Points in hand: 1. For the past month(s), the franchise(US Restaurants Inc) has been holding a cookie contest to see which store could sell the most cookies. When drive-through customers use a credit card but do not ask for a receipt, the manager at this BK, Christina D., pressures employees to «add on a cookie» for $ 1.06, as the customer drives away, oblivious to this additional charge on their transaction. In June, this was done for EVERY customer that did not request a receipt – meaning hundreds of customers were affected. This month, they got bolder and are adding 2 cookies(or $ 2.12 extra) per transaction. Assistant manager, Jahed S., encourages employees to «get the younger customers» because, apparently, «they don’t check their credit card bill.» 2. If employees arrived on time for their scheduled shifts, but business is slow, they are asked to sit around and wait an hour or two before clocking in. If business is slow during the middle of their shift, employees are asked to sit around and take up to a 2 hour unpaid break until business picks up again. This is not illegal, just an unscrupulous way of treating employees. How do I know this? A close friend worked there. Not only is it illegal to be stealing from your customers, it’s putting the employees(mostly teens at their first job) in a terrible position. I will not remove this until this BK management team acknowledges their illegal activity, pays back the money stolen, and apologizes to its customers and employees. It’s not the amount of money stolen, but the principle. I have already reported this to the Better Business Bureau.
