I sent an email to Mr. Michael Klein on Sunday informing him that the flashing on my roof needs to be fixed right away. he assured me this would be done. Now three days later I am still hearing it banging on my roof. that has caused me to relocate my family due to the noise, we have a four year old and a newborn. he was well aware of this and still will not return a call. he prefers to hide behind email. guess what, its now eight and the banging is still happening. YOURCOMPANYISHORRIBLEANDGETTHISFIXED!

Today I called in and spoke to who i feel was the most unprofessional man i have ever come in contact with. Frank DePace was rude, refused to listen to anything i had to say, cut me off mid sentence and gave me a hard time when asked to speak with his superior. I was told by Frank that i could«call in and ask for Frank’s superior» rather than just transfer me to her voice mail. His actions have opened up my eyes to what kind of company i am working with and make me want to move out of my neighborhood. I hope that just this little review opens up the eyes to anyone thinking about moving into a neighborhood under the Continental Property Management. BEWARE and think twice.

HORRIBLEMGMTCOMPANY: 1. Poor communication– and lack of 2. Property Manager is condescending and a bully-to the extent that the community is fearful of communicating with him because he makes them feel he is annoyed and bothering him! 3. Not open to meetings that include the community 4. Blatant lies about when and how they meet-that does not include the community. the only«open forum» is in April when there is an election of a new board member! 5. Prop Manager«says» he is in the community once a week– yet as a retiree I have not once seen him drive through. 6. Board members have been on the board for a LONG time– yet they can not share what their accomplishments have been. 7.One particular board member lives across from us and doesn’t even acknowledge us –he keeps his sun glasses on and looks down!!! SHALL I CONTINUE– They need to go!

Beware of Continental Property Management. It is my opinion that they discriminate against deaf people. After I called using the relay service, they responded impatiently by saying«you’re gonna have to hold on» and after a few seconds, hung up. After calling back, they hung up immediately when relay was announced again. It appears that they need retraining and understanding about deaf phone calls through relay, or they need to be disciplined severely. It is not our fault, as deaf people, that we cannot hear and we are trying our best to fit into society. We have feelings too and are human beings as well. I was calling to ask about when we can have our roof worked on by our contractor but never got that far. Such a shame that neanderthals exist at Continental Property Management. I have also spoken with other contractors and they have all said that this property management company plays games, and goes out of their way to delay jobs and not do their own. I think they should be fired from representing our community.

Service was horrible. I was purchasing a home and required that they provide management documents and they did not return phone calls or emails. Eventually had to escalate the issue which was very unfortunate for everyone. Not sure why even simple tasks like providing documents is so difficult for them
