G R Flooring and Contracting

When we bought our house in Yardley, we began looking for someone to refinish the hardwood floors. Greg (the owner of G R Flooring) was literally the ONLY person we called who dealt with our request for an estimate in a timely and professional manner, AND he actually answered his own phone, in real time, every time we needed to reach him. He was unfailingly polite, professional and honest in all his dealings with us. During his initial visit to the house, his knowledge of his trade was clear, and his advice saved us both time and money. Despite the obviously different impression left by another reviewer, I have to say that Greg went to great lengths to make sure that we knew exactly what the job would entail. There were no surprises, unless you count how pleased we were with the whole transaction. If ever we have floor issues to address in the future, we’re definitely calling Greg.

Just to update my review since you have responded.
Im not another contractor hired to do work on the property. I actually live there. If you like you can come back and see my furniture that we were actually able to move in once you were finished.
There were 2 trash cans of staples from me and my landlords daughter removed when removing the carpets.
If you are so quick to only speak about what happened between you and the property owner, then answer this. who did you meet to do the estimate? Me, who did your guys call and meet to start the job? Me, who did you call about the finishing of the floor and satin vs semi gloss? Me (which wasnt in your contract by the way)
You state the customer (home owner) was happy, but yet I have a email from her to you stating how she had to shovel trash from your employees out of the busy street to make sure she didnt get fined by the township… I’m sure you read it, she stated that she had klennex stronger then your trashbags.
You state job materials are left on site, but there were coffee cups, lunch, and other food, as well as a brand new home depot 5 gallon bucket with more trash it in it.
If anyone would like to see the pictures of a 70+ woman shoveling trash from this company out of the street, feel free to message me. We took plenty.
