Mark(the man in charge) was so helpful to our family. I came in with my kids tonight and he helped my family get comfortable in a booth rather then a high top table. Food was great, atmosphere was calm and we had a great experience.

I tend to always make a reservation when coming here. It is so super easy since you can do it online. I made a reservation and came with my dad and fiancé on a Friday night. We started our meal with the dynamite shrimp and their new butternut squash dumplings. Both were AWESOME! The butternut squash dumplings were just a right amount of sweet and savory and the shrimp had just enough sauce on them. As an entrée I ordered Chicken Lo Mein, my dad ordered Beef á la Sichuan, and my fiancé ordered the Walnut Shrimp with Melon. All of the entrees were great. My Lo Mein was such a spot hitter and my dads beef was a good accompaniment. My favorite was the Walnut Shrimp. The sauce, melon, shrimp and walnuts were such a great combination! I really enjoyed having several bites of my fiancé’s dish. Our waitress was very chipper and attentive. It was a great experience, as always.

Took about 45mins to get a table, but it wasn’t their fault at all, they were slammed. Once we got to our table we were greeted by our server and placed our drink orders… My drink wasn’t really all that good, it’s hard to mess up a Moscow mule… But when you use bottom shelf vodka and charge top shelf prices, that’ll happen. The food was what you’d expect from a pfchangs… Good, standard quality Chinese food. Nothing was knock your socks off good, but nothing was bad. The only real struggle we had was getting our drink refilled as the waitress was pretty busy I guess. Overall, I’d go back if I was in the area and craving Chinese, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here.

Ok so really, what is not to love about this place. Service excellent, Food excellent, Atmosphere excellent. Prices are even what you expect to pay for great food and service. I got the Mongolian Beef my wife some vegetarian dish(haha), we also got chicken and tofu wraps. delicious, I think hers were even better than mine., both of us were delighted with how great everything was. Highly highly recommend this place. If you can, call ahead for reservations. The place was very busy and we had to wait about 40 minutes. Well worth the wait though

Last night I came in with my husband for dinner & we had such a perfect experience. Victoria took great care of us, from answering our questions about the food on the menu– to keeping conversation with us. She was very polite & professional. The food was just as amazing as our server though! We had sesame chicken to share & wonton soup!(Which never disappoints!) will be returning!

I usually do not like to go to chain restaurants, but this is an exception. In particular this location has awesome service and very nice and professional servers! In particular their curbside service for pick up is awesome… You don’t even have to get out of your car!

I rarely review chain restaurants, because people pretty much know what they are getting. I’m giving this location a 5 because of the outstanding service we received tonight. We went in for a late-ish dinner(7:30) on a weeknight and were seated right away. Although the restaurant wasn’t full, we waited a really long time without any service. No acknowledgment from anyone. I went back to the front to ask about our server, and no one seemed to know who was meant to have our table. The server from the table next to ours, Christian, jumped in and saved our dinner. He comped us egg rolls for the wait and was very attentive the whole meal. The manager even came over and gave us an appetizer voucher. You never get service like this for a minor inconvenience anymore. My husband and I were impressed. He’s not a huge fan of Chinese food in general, but they won loyal customers tonight.

Good food. Decent service. If you’ve been to one you’ve been to all. Dynamite roll is off the hook. Danielle was an awesome server.

Our server Danielle is delightful and attentive. The dynamite scallop roll is delicious. I gave it three stars because it’s a corporate restaurant. But, I’m completely happy with my experience.

Two of us went to PF Chang’s for lunch on 7÷26÷2015. The service was outstanding. Our server, Shane or Sean, was professional and attentive. The food — from the lettuce wraps to our entrees to the unique strawberry-cucumber non-alcoholic drink — was delicious. Our last visit to a PF Chang’s was in(around Voorhees NJ). I swore never to return due to the underwhelming food. I am pleased my husband had a gift card and we decided to give this location a try. Will be returning.

I ordered takeout from the warrington location. When I picked it up and brought it back for my-coworkers, the food was cold, the rice was undercooked and the eggrolls were so greasy, we had to wrap them in a paper towel. We ordered a side salad and they forgot the dressings and also any side dips. I work in a building with over 50 co-workers we all agreed it’s Jade Island from now on. How can food be cold when it’s 97 degrees outside. The rice that came with the lunch order was tablespoon that’s all!!! The place was completely empty at 12:15 in the afternoon now I know why.

Been coming to the Warrington location for years and never disappoints. Highly recommended selections — dynamite shrimp and chicken lettuce wraps to start. Main course gotta do mongolian beef with white rice. Greatest ending is the banana spring roll which comes with a scoop of the most amazing coconut pineapple ice cream!

We frequent P. F. Changs because the hubs loves their salmon and my mother in law is a gluten free vegan. They have an extensive gluten free menu, and she’s thrilled because she doesn’t just have to eat a salad like she does at every other restaurant. The service is always great here and we always try to make reservations because they get packed. They’ve recently added sushi to their menu. We tried the avocado roll. It came with a surprising yellow sauce that was a curry aioli. While they have typical chinese fare, they have a rotating seasonal menu and there’s always plenty of healthy options that aren’t in some special«are you watching your weight» section. Last time we ate here, hubs salmon came out undercooked and they rushed it back into the kitchen and were full of apologies. I know it’s a chain but it’s reliable and a good place to go if you have picky family members with dietary restrictions.

We love the food at PF Chang’s. At the particular branch the hostesses are downright rude. They will quote you a 30 minute wait in the evening and then at 45 minutes call you a liar and say they said 55 minutes while rolling their eyes at you in front of your small child. Despite this being my little one’s favourite restaurant, we will be coming here for the last time today. They need new staff.

I will not be coming back here. First off, my table had to wait for over an hour to even get our orders taken. It took 15 minutes to even have our drinks brought out to us. We had to seek out the manager for the horrible service, and after requesting help, he was less than enthusiastic to help us. The food was over salted, over cooked, and not to mention not to the standards that PF Chang’s is known for. If you are in the mood for PF Chang’s, I suggest taking the effort to go to another location if you do not want your time to be wasted.

I came in from out of town and a friend suggested this place for dinner. In my home state it’s 45 minutes to the closest PF Chang’s, so needless to say I hadn’t had it in awhile and I was happy to try again. I think the best part of my experience here was the short wait. I’m used to waiting 2 hours for a table in Virginia Beach so the 15 minutes was a breeze. Aside from that there were a lot of things lacking. The waiter forgot to mix the sauce at the table and that’s like one of Chang’s signature things! I had the Mongolian beef and it was grisly and tons of scallions to hide the low quality of the beef. I ended up enjoying my wonton soup more than anything else I was served. Overall I think I’d rather drive out of my way back home than get dragged here with my Philly friend again!

I was nervous after some negative reviews regarding service, but I would easily give the service and waitstaff 5 stars. It was our first time, and we were seated immediately and attended to throughout the entire meal. Wait time wasn’t an issue, especially considering we were there at 5:00 on a Saturday. We told out waiter it was out first time, and at the end of the meal we were given two 10 percent off coupons by the manager to use at another time. The food and portions were decent. For some reason, I always thought PF Changs was known for using very fresh ingredients and I thought the portions were going to be HUGE. I ordered the Shrimp and Lobster sauce. For the price, I imagined 5 – 6 hefty sized shrimp, but it came out as a plate of a trillion mini It’s your basic chain restaurant quality food, but we enjoyed it.
