The Park At Westminster Apartments

I lived here for 3 years and overall, it has been a fine experience. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. They will remember your name very quickly, and attend to issues in a timely manner. They hold community functions (brunches, movie nights, «block parties,» pool parties, etc) on a fairly regular basis. Parking lots are always kept clear after storms. There is ample parking available — never had a problem getting a spot somewhere. Amenities I enjoyed included a community garden (you can rent a plot for free), pool, fitness center, etc.
The property is well maintained outdoors and in. The only thing I’d suggest they keep a better eye on is having their cleaning service clean the stairwells of the buildings. Sometimes trash ended of staying in the corners of stairwell landings for weeks, but again… that would literally be the only complaint as far as upkeep.
Watch out for apartments greater than 1 bedroom. I was in a 2 bedroom, and the second bedroom did not have a air conditioning unit! I don’t know if this is an issue across the board (in other 2 bedroom styles and in 3 bedroom units), but I quickly realized what a mistake it was to overlook this feature in my 6^th floor apartment! And the windows are not able to hold window A/​C units, so I had limited options to keep the whole place cool.
Overall, I’d definitely live here again in the future.
