Not busy. Ordered food came out cold. Got a reorder hopefully with no spit. Still came out warm maybe. Fries were hot. I don’t know what I expect from fast food, I get it. I do expect it to be warm. Geez

I have eaten at this BK a lot because it’s convenient and I do love that apple cranberry salad.
But.
The last time I got drive-​thru food here I found saran wrap in my burger. I didn’t get sick, so I assume that it was not from the ground beef and that I didn’t actually consume any of it. But still, I shouldn’t have to worry about that.
I contacted Burger King via their customer feedback survey and their twitter account, which was most than enough to hear back from most companies, but Burger King never cared to look into a situation which could have sent a customer to the hospital.
