Comfort Inn & Suites

Excellent service. From making reservations to check-​in and check-​out the staff was polite, friendly, and accomidating. I enjoyed a spacious clean room with all the normal amentities and the breakfast bar had a huge selection of tasty food. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel as a home away from home.

Comfort Inn and Suites was very accommodating during my visit. The hotel operator gave me information on how to get to their hotel and I followed them enough so that I was lost somewhere I have never been to before. Then I called again and I was able to get a different person that actually stayed on the phone until I was in their parking lot. Upon my arrival at the door of the hotel, she gave me a warm greeting right away and she was apologizing for my troubles. Hotel attendant worked quickly on getting me a room which I was very thankful for I had driven most of the day before stopping.
This hotel allowed a cat to stay in your room… not sure what their policy is about dogs.
I was so exhausted that when I left my room to get my luggage out of the vehicle I just took the hotel key minus the paper holder with my room number. I went back to the desk and she was nice to remind me my room number and didn’t make me feel silly. About five minutes later I met the hotel attendant and she was at my door with a bag of goodies. She was very apologetic about the troubles I had encountered before arriving to the hotel. It was such a nice gesture that I didn’t expect this type of kindness. It was not her fault that I was given the wrong direction but she took the time to make sure my stay was pleasant.
The only problem that I had encountered was the a/​c must have leaked before my arrival and the floor was damp. I was so exhausted that I didn’t care because I climbed into bed and slept very well.
The breakfast in the morning was adequate. I even ran into the housekeeper and she said good morning and seemed happy to be there.
The same young lady took my key the next morning and was very pleasant then too.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone near the warsaw area.

Dont stay here… Rooms are in terrible conditions super outdated from the 70’s carpet stink like nasty arm pits all over the hotel, and all that for $ 130 p/​night, this is ridiculous i might as well stay at super 8! Same conditions for $ 65 bucks. Hotel pictures are super old, rooms arent as clean as they look in pictures.

Quiet and clean room. Heater on lowest setting got too hot so I turned off. Beds are clean and comfortable.
