Crouse Body Shop

A local Warsaw native suggested I try Crouse’s for body work on my car after a minor accident. They were friendly when I called, and friendly when I got there. I had damage to the lock mechanism of the rear of a Subaru wagon, which prevented it from locking. The nice service guy asked if I was concerned with appearance or just wanted it to lock. Really, I just want it to lock. He got a hammer and a mallet, took apart the back panel and pounded it out until the lock was cleared. I was super surprised when he did not charge me! He even gave me a general estimate on rust repairs (more than I paid for the car!!).
I am SO happy I asked a long time resident where to go in Warsaw! Crouse’s friendly and helpful staff has won my business. The experience certainly was a bright spot in my week.
