The light came on I needed an oil change. I had time, so what the heck.
The lady in front of me had a lug nut break off. They make arrangements for her to get it repaired at no cost to her. No muss, no fuss. No argument on who was going to pay. It broke, and they paid for it and the repair. the two managers had already talked and she would not have to wait at the next repair shop. It was refreshing to see gold old fashioned service and responsibility still exists.
