Place is always out of something, like tonight, they are out of bacon. They have 12 items that have bacon, so half of there menu was basically nonexistent. The service is about half the speed of smell through the drive through. If you go hopefully you’ve had a grave ready because you may die of starvation. Rest in peace you poor souls.

The manager was very kind but the service was extremely slow. Appeared to be understaffed as several tables sat with dirty dishes during the lunch hour. Only one person taking orders for whole restaurant.

Just horrible. Greasy burger, soggy bun, waitress couldn’t get the order right. Portion size tiny. I’m not sure what has happened to steak n shake but this is not what I remember. Maybe with their new cheaper menu the quality has declined too?

The food is flavorful, properly cooked, affordable, and quickly delivered. But I think my #1 favorite thing about Warsaw’s Steak ‘n Shake is that it’s spotlessly clean all the time, and the kitchen area is visible. Consistently delicious food, good service, and affordable prices.

The staff was so friendly, service was fast and the steak sandwich was really tasty with grill onions and mushrooms. The sea salt and pepper fires was a nice add. Will come again
