This place is temporarily closed, but it will still take your money and reservation without telling you there is no place to park.

I made reservations online and paid $ 54.56 in advance for 5 days of parking. Not a bad deal except for when I showed up to park my car I found a vacated building with a sign on the front door that read «closed for renovations». No email, no notice whatsoever that I needed to make alternative arrangements for my parking needs (they did credit my account $ 48 and change, keeping the $ 5.00 service fee). Luckily Thrifty Airport Parking is only 2 doors down the street and accommodated my needs. Needless to say Thrifty has earned my future business. They are pleasant to do business with and was at the airport to pick us up as soon as we called. And they we’re $ 5.00 cheaper.

Recently parked here. Easy to make a reservation and quick ride to airport. Convenient.
The downside? Take everything OUT of your car that you don’t want the staff to help themselves to. My iPhone 6 charger was taken and I had put it in a closed compartment so they had to really dig for it. It’s unfortunate they people feel the need to steal and since car chargers are a necessity for people who travel… they must «collect» a ton. Reported it to Warwick police.

After making a reservation for 5 days at $ 39.95, I picked up my car and looked at the receipt. I was charged a «fuel fee» of $ 3.00. Since this was never mentioned in either the advertising or my reservation, I called the manager to ask about this fee. He was extremely «snarky», saying that he’s hardly making any money at these prices so he has to make it up somewhere. I told him I thought that was false advertising and he replied that he was offended, told me to park elsewhere and hung up on me. On top of this, when I arrived home, I discovered 2 anxious voice mails (at home, where I hadn’t been for 5 days) from one of the employees at Airport Valet. I have key-​less ignition and had left them the valet piece. The dashboard reads «no key in vehicle» when this is done, but the car WILL start. Apparently, they had no experience with this and went into a panic. Eventually, they must have figured it out. The good — they cleaned the snow off my windshield and back window.

Internet reservations, best prices, convenient and covered drop off and pick up. This has become my favorite place to leave my car. More convenient and faster than the economy lot at the airport, I think, plus you can have your car serviced or washed while you’re not using it.

Used this service for the first time this week. I was very impressed by their professionalism and ability to quickly and safely secure my car and get me to the airport. Best part was pick-​up! I lost my ticket but no problem, car was waiting for me under a nice carport when I pulled up… Their location and easy drive in and out are perfect.

Post Road Airport Valet is a conveniently located drive-​up valet parking lot for patrons flying out of T.F. Green Airport. Having moved locations frequently over the last year or so, I was happy to find that the lot is now located almost directly across from the entrance to the airport itself. Though it appears that you can make reservations online, I arrived without one and had no difficulty securing a spot in their lot.
My mom and I (with whom I was travelling) exited the car while an employee removed our luggage from the trunk and loaded it onto the shuttle. After exchanging information about when we would return, we hurried onto the shuttle bus and were whisked over to our intended departure entrance within minutes. Once again, our luggage was handled for us an set up on the curb. We were wished pleasant trips as the driver returned to the wheel.
On our arrival back to lil’ Rhody, we called the shuttle, gave them our claim number, and waited no more than a few minutes for the van to show up. Our luggage was again loaded into the vehicle, we settled in as a few others who had also called in were making their way over, then a quick skip and jump and we were back in Airport Valet’s lot. Our car was lined up among several others, ready for us to drive away in as soon as we paid. I understand that they advertise that your car will be running and ready for you but ours were simply parked near the entrance. After reading several other reviews, I wonder if this was due to some people’s concerns regarding safety and security.
$ 10/​day regularly… $ 8/​day if you create a reservation online! Not bad at all when your only option is driving yourself back and forth from the airport.

They just recently opened a satellite lot to accommodate more vehicles. The lot is staffed and is located right next to the airport. There is also a trailer for checking out once you have returned from your trip. I am not sure if you are able to park at the location when you check in, but it is definitely a bit more convenient for leaving!

The WORST Parking experience for the TG GREEN airport! STAY AWAY!!!
First of all, be sure and have a weapon with you to protect yourself on your way there. The lot is NOT enclosed from the public. Shady area! I have read the reviews unfortunately after I made the reservation, or like most that have commented would NOT have subjected my college student to park there. The reservation stated a «deal» of $ 48 weekly, We stayed a total of 9 days, so they charged me FULL PRICE for the additional 2 days. for a grand total of $ 86. Far off from the $ 48 «deal». When I called the «manager on duty «to question the charges, he told me very indignantly, «tough», «I can’t help you» and hung the phone up on me! Not so very nice business maners. I guess they don’t read the oh so true statements about them or they would work to improve their customer service. This place is a real hot mess! STay far away! There has to be many other places that are honest, safe, and are customer service friendly.

Reserved online and really appreciated that they offered that ability! Great price for parking around the airport and the shuttle service to and from the airport was fast and courteous. If I had one complaint it would be that while I had requested my car get washed prior to pick up — it was raining when we arrived back as scheduled. Instead of phoning me to see if this is a service I’d still want (as it is pointless in my view to have your car washed when it is raining) they proceeded to wash the exterior, completely skipping the interior, while it was raining. I was annoyed to say the least.
Also, the biggest annoyance was that they left my car unlocked with the key in the ignition, running, when we arrived from the airport. What would stop some random from the street hoping into my car and driving off? The risk of having my car stolen was too much for me, so we did not use them again.

I read the reviews and was quite surprised by them. I park here quite often for business trips and have never had a major issues. The rates are decent and the fact that your car is warmed up or cooled down (depending on the weather) when you get back from a trip is nice. I have one of their keytags with my CC# on file so I just hop off the shuttle, hop in the car and go with my receipt in the cupholder. I also earn points which I have used to get free parking for personal travel as well as detailing. I also will pay for oil changes at times. The shuttle drivers are all very proficient and friendly. Leo at night is one of my favorites, always bragging about his hot rod. You simply call in your ticket while claiming your bags or while walking through the terminal if you did not check bags. The shuttle is usually at the curb. if not, the longest I have had to wait is 5 minutes.
The only negatives I have is that occassionally the seagulls use the lot for target practice. Also, on at least one accasion when getting an oil change I have noticed that the items in my trunk have moved as a result of possible hard braking?

I wish I could give it zero stars. Saving a couple of bucks on your parking isn’t worth risking your car. My car was one of several left unlocked by Airport Valet in June and everything of any value was stolen! The owner admitted fault and said he’d reimburse me, but then later refused. I had to take him to Small Claims Court -(which I won, but am still waiting for him to pay up)! I’ve talked to other people who tell me that their cars miraculously have 10 or more miles on them when they get back to town than when they left! I don’t leave my car anywhere for it to be used by their staff!
This company is unethical and dishonest. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy park here. I’ll be using somewhere else from now on — somewhere where I keep control of my keys!
Edited to add — be sure to read the «Filtered Reviews» — for some reason, all of the really negative ones are there. You’ll see that several people have had things happen like my experiences — both damage to their cars, theft and someone apparently using their cars. User BEWARE!!!

Airport Valet is the worst parking service near T.F. Green. Their prices are fair, but their service is terrible. I’ve used them a number of times and had problems each time.
On one occasion, I dropped my car off nice and clean and received it back full of sand, with my seats, mirrors, and vents all re-​arranged and 4 extra miles on my car. It may sound like I’m nit-​picking their service, but when I leave my car in their care I expect it to be returned in the same condition and not used by an employee as his/​her own vehicle. After this incident, I complained to Bob, the manager, and he blew me off, but assured me that it wouldn’t happen again.
Following the previous incident, I decided to give them one more try and was again disappointed. On my way to the airport, I put my bags in my backseat, rather than my trunk, and to fit them I had to move my passenger seat all the way up. I dropped my nice clean car off with them and as I did I noted the mileage and radio station. When I picked the car up a week later I went to put my bags back in the backseat and, again, had to move the seat up, indicating to me that someone had adjusted my passenger seat. I check the mileage and this time there were 8 extra miles on the car, additionally my mirrors, vents and radio were all adjusted to suit whomever had been driving my car and there were some discarded gum wrappers in the door pockets. Also, it appeared that someone had sifted through my car and although nothing was missing it was still a bit disconcerning. Again, I called Bob, the manager, to complain and he informed me that a number of cars were inadvertently left unlocked and some students, on their way home from school, had gone through their lot and gotten into a number of cars. It should be noted that this incident occurred during the last week of June and there where no schools in session during that time. Furthermore, most schools get out between 2 — 2:30pm, so how is it that some students had gone through the cars during the middle of the day and no one noticed? So much for their supposed 24-​hour security. As for the condition of the car and extra mileage, Bob again blew me off telling me that it is almost impossible for an employee to take a car out of their lot, but the cars are moved around sometimes during the week. Their lot is not very big, so 8 miles is A LOT of moving around in the lot.
In short, AVOID Airport Valet at all costs if you value your car. Since my last experience there, I have parked at Thifty and long term parking on T.F. Green property without incident. Most people probably don’t notice a few extra miles on their car when they pick it up, but when you drop your car off with a service like this, the employees shouldn’t be using them to run errands or anything like that.

$ 10 /​day, you’re not going to beat that around T.F. Green. Drop your car off and schedule a wash, wax, or interior cleaning. Leave the key and take your ticket, the shuttle (which runs 24 hours) will take you to the terminal.
When you return call them and read off your claim number and your car will be out front running when you show up on the shuttle (it’s about a 3-​minute ride) brings you back.
