Just a hole in the wall store shared with another odd store specifically designed to sell you cookie cutter DJI drones. There is nothing particularly interesting or intriguing about this store. I should note, the directions were useless. I spent 15 minutes driving around the parking lot only to discover that the front entrance is on a busy 45 mph street and the only sort of advertising was a tiny piece of paper on the door that I couldn’t read unless I was on foot. This place needs more diversity such as FPV gear, and an actual parts counter to bring in the hobbiests, otherwise you’ll just end up disappointed

5 stars for this RI drone shop. The expertise and advice from Cloud City Drones is something that you want when deciding which drone is best for you. It’s a big purchase. They are an authorized DJI dealer and I will be taking my DJI Inspire 1 there for service should it ever need it.
Personally I think that the reviewer Jesse M giving a 1 star review is unfair. Cloud City Drones is not a hole in the wall. The location of their store is in the Hilton Garden Inn next to the RI airport and there’s a sign outside the front saying «Cloud City Drones». Jesse M is rating Cloud City Drones on his inability to figure out where the store is. I found it… If you’re reading this, I’m reviewing based on the technical knowledge and expertise of the staff. Found the staff there to be very helpful!
