Really nice firearm store with great selection of pistols and rifles. Maybe it was just the Christmas season, but when I stopped by in early December there were a dozen customers there… which is a lot for a gun store. Was looking to buy some 9 mm ammo for range practice, asked for Federal 115, and AL told me, without me asking, they had some Blazer on sale for $ 4 cheaper per box. That’s the type of place it is. They also buy firearms. This store, and Competition Shooting in Pawtucket are my two favorite places to shop for guns & ammo. If you’re reading this, Al, thanks for the good experience. I’m sure I’ll be back again soon.

For the past three weeks I have been looking for a specific handgun, which has been rather difficult to find. On D&L’s website they provide a link for customers to inquire by email. This past week I sent two emails regarding my interest in purchasing my weapon of interest. I received an immediate automatic-generated email reply back stating that someone will be responding shortly. Guess what, it’s been several days and … dead silence … nothing but crickets … D&L obviously has no intent to respond to customer inquiries. Business must be really good for them to neglect potential customers in such a way. The sad thing is … I suspect they could care less. I can see now why they have such a vast number of negative customer reviews on the internet. It’s a shame, because it doesn’t have to be that way. Sad. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
