A cute and well stocked candy shop full of large variety of candies both retro and modern. The gourmet rice krispy treats are great, but at 6 bucks a square are very expensive, also I cannot recommend the one that also had froot loops cereal in it, because the froot loops were really stale. Most of what I’ve gotten here has been quite good such as the sugared «fruit» slices, sour balls, gourmet chocolate bars, etc. My mother was very excited about all of the retro candies, pointing out the ones she enjoyed during her childhood. The only comment I could make is that they should watch the temperature in the store. I was there recently went it was quite warm and they had the door open rather than the A/​C running, and it was visibly affecting the gummy based candies. The fruit slices I got that day were also a little soggy from the heat, which they had not been the previous time I bought them. The staff that I’ve encountered were very friendly.

Fizzy Lifting has the right balance of nostalgic candy and funky new stuff. I recommend the rice Krispy treat that is more marshmallow than rice. I don’t have a big sweet tooth but I left with a surprising amount of candy. Definitely worth a stop when walking through the quaint downtown of Warwick.
