It doesn’t matter what the food tastes like, I will never return to a place that is run so terribly. I was embarrassed for the staff, as they were being yelled at by what was supposedly the manager or owner… I was there with my kids and they were very upset by the man who was yelling at staff. Shameful. Absolutely shameful.

I have gone here quite a few times but no more. It’s not that their pizza and other food items are bad, they are pretty good. They are like most pizza places in Warwick– just ok. We don’t have that one kick ass pizza place. But I digress. The issue here is service. The counter help is clueless depending who it is. I have to repeat my order multiple times on the phone and lately they can’t seem to grasp«gluten free» pizza. I end up getting a regular pie or wait 30 minutes beyond their estimate. The counter help bumps into each other while the pizza maker guy is yelling in Italian. Pizza sit on top of oven and many cram into their small waiting area. They don’t follow up and lose track of orders and people waiting. They really need to train their people and reengineer their operation. It’s so inefficient and my time is worth more. Sorry, I don’t have the patience to come back.

Absolutely horrible will never eat there again. The people are so rude and disrespectful actually through food at my boyfriend. I feel sorry for the young girls that work there and get yelled at every day. One of those places that I really wish would go out of business

Would not deliver to my cousin in the Schervier Pavilion nursing home because a personal pan pizza was«not enough for delivery.» «But it’s her birthday,» I said. «We can’t.» Fine, I’ll find another pizzeria on April 10, 2015!

The best pizza in warwick by far. The whole menu is so good. I’m in there a few times a month. Always warm and welcoming. I love there calamari and mussels. If i was stranded in a desert island and i could bring one place to eat from this would be it.

I agree with a lot that Crissy H. had to say. This place can hang with the best of the pizzerias when it comes to specialty pies. I tried the buffalo chicken pizza and they topped it with a generous portion of chicken and didn’t overload it with buffalo sauce. They speak Italian to one another while I was waiting which caught me off guard but that just added to the genuineness of the establishment’s roots in Italian food. And to Brian M. and anyone else that compares this place to another Warwick pizzeria — You should know that Warwick has a large number of pizzerias and it’s just about pointless to be picking specific places and comparing the two because they all have their own style of pies. Franico’s just happens to make it the way I like it — The crust is a little on the crunchy side and when I hold the slice at the crust with one hand the whole slice doesn’t droop down like a grease-filled sponge. If you like Franico’s then check out Brother Bruno’s in Chester.

The people that own/run this place are completely rude and inappropriate. I will never waste my money keeping this place in business, there are plenty of other better pizza joints in Warwick.

Another great place for pizza. This place is a bit better than the rest — especially since they offer a variety of specially pies. I tried this place yesterday on my hunt for some delicious junk food. I had the chicken, bacon, ranch white pizza. Pack with flavor! I think this might be my new Friday night indulgence. Sorry Pronto :-(
