This tailor is absolutely wonderful. I purchased a dress online in the smallest size it was available. it was still too big, I bought the dress for a cruise m. it was a very pretty white dress with floral print. I brought the dress to Irene, with less than a week and half of time before our trip. she had me put the dress on and marked everything and placed pins. I was unable to pick up the dress myself and so my husband did so in my place. I tried the dress on and the fit was just PERFECT! the dress fit beautifully and I wore it to the captains ball. she pays great attention to detail she is friendly gives you great advice on what to do with articles and is very detail oriented! will only go to her from now on!!! #happy-customer

If I could give 6 stars I would I’ve been trying for quite a while to find a tailor to do the job I needed and this woman took it on went completely out of her way to make sure that it was perfect and did a fabulous job I had a jacket that was my son’s that was ruined from a dry cleaners and searched for years to find the right person to fix it it needed new sleeves which you would think should be simple after visiting six locations to try to get it done it wasn’t so simple she was able to restore it to its original state I can’t wait to give it to my son as a surprise if you need it a lot I would highly recommend I. Having built an excellent wardrobe of handmade clothing for pennies on the dollar, I have sought and hired true craftspeople to help keep my clothes fitting and looking ‘perfect’. (I have used tailors on Savile Row in London,) and I was SO lucky to find Irene Mischko here in Rhode Island, and not far away. I travel to see her, and am quite fortunate. She estimated work ahead of time, double checked measurements, didn’t do the work till I’d given the go ahead, and has made suits and pants fit perfectly. She was ahead of schedule and on budget. She educates, informs and guides along the way. I was never pushed or pressured. She’s a gem.
