J & H Automotive Service Center

J & H auto is one of the most friendliest and reliable mechanic shops I’ve ever been to! Being a young girl in college, auto shops always Jack up prices, add on «additional problems», and tend to talk down to me. Not at J and H auto! They tell you exactly what you need, the cost, and they are very quick! All employees are very friendly and very trust worthy! Never have I been more comfortable in an auto shop! I HIGHLY recommend J & H auto and all the wonderful staff employees there!

When you think of a car repair shop or mechanics, you usually expect to get screwed over, ripped off, lied to, and wondering how that little noise cost $ 500.00!
Well I try to fix my own vehicles when I can, but the f-​bomb happens a lot and I get frustrated, so now I dont have to worry about that anymore. John and Henry, hence J&H…I do wonder how long it took them to come up with that one. lol!
Anyways these guys are the greatest. And Will is the best… without question. I dont question them, ask for second opinion, for feel like I got ripped off. In fact, I am grateful for how awesome they have been to me and my wife… see her reviews too!
They will treat you right and tell you the truth. They offer fair prices, honest opinions, and do outstanding work. Jessica will schedule your appointment and tell you the cost.
No need to worry here… you will be happy you took your car here and that itself is worth it.

All my car troubles apparently happen on Friday afternoons.
Again the Suburban…
Me: «K, Hon. I am going to take the Suburban.»
Him: «Oh. Yeah. Last time I used it I heard a weird sound. Let me know if you notice anything.»
Me. «K»
Weird sound, eh?
After driving five minutes toward what I expected to be my weekend pedi, the poor truck made a pitiful cry for help (ie. «weird sound»). She’s not that old… and not inclined to complain.
I drove in to J&H, popped the hood, got her checked. Bad alternator.
Thank goodness for great service. Jessica ordered the part and the tech completed the job in less than an hour. All without breaking the bank.

Until now, I’ve never had a car repair shop that I’d feel totally comfortable going to with any car problem, at any time.
We stumbled upon this place last year while looking for a state inspection. The service was so nice, so competent, so friendly — that when we needed car work done, we came back.
Every time, it’s been just as good. Jessica is wonderful, the mechanics seem to be great, the prices are fair, and I trust them. They’ve even helped us arrange local transportation when we’re dropping off a car or if we need a short-​term rental.
Highly recommended!

I dont usually give 5 stars but this place deserves it. The were so respectful, honest, and fair. The didn’t try screwing me. I now have a place I can trust. My in-​laws come here now.

Upfront, honest, reliable good family business, they are our go to now :)

After talking to the folks at the NAPA store — looking for an honest mechanic that wasn’t going to try to upsell me, I just came in for a state inspection. I dropped it off in the morning and Jessica told me that it would be done some time that afternoon. I got a call less than two hours later saying that it was all done and ready to go — under-​promise and over-​deliver — I’m impressed. I will go back next time I’ve got an issue with one of the cars.
