Lowe’s Home Improvement of Warwick

Ordered and had delivered rubbermaid shed. Love it. But delivery was over 3 hours later then what they told us. Not the best since it wasnt at home and we had to travel to the delievery site and put the shed together in rhat one day.

Horrible experience! We bought a refrigerator from them and the delivery guys broke my storm door. It’s too long of a story but know it took me 23 calls (I kept a log) to 3 managers over two months to finally get my door fixed. Keep in mind we were trying to sell our home at the same time and the broken door wasn’t helping the cause. I will NEVER buy anything from lowes ever again. No one cares, no one has ownership of the problem and no one follows through or keeps their promises.

The worst Lowes around. The need to hire more people or schedule more people to work. Customer service is horrible when you can find someone. I went to the paint counter on this occasion, one person ahead of me and one person working. Took almost an hour to get a gallon of paint …

I went to Lowes to buy two paint samples and a pumpkin. After our cashier rang out the two paint samples, she had no idea how to ring in the pumpkin. NO CLUE. Didn’t page anyone, tried to call the garden section but they didn’t answer. After standing there for ten aggravating minutes, we said forget it we don’t want the pumpkin. I know she isn’t new because I have seen her in there before. Lowe’s needs to do a better job training their employees because they just lost a sale, forget it I will now go to a local farm for all of my pumpkin needs forever.

The staff here is so unbelievably rude. I went here instead of going to my usual Lowes because it was quick and easy. The manager Marissa was always to the older woman working the register. Even snapped at her in front of me. It was awful. Never again.

so i am going to build a deck. (love my honey to do lists) i call home depot they have a project rep that calculates the demensions and gets all the material and then you pay they deliver GREAT. so the gentlemen gives me a quote over the phone states its ball park. Ok understand so im like sounds great i want to place the order. He said no problem let me complete it and i need you to sign off on it. well i call at 12 let him know i havent heard from him and said he was at lunch he has everything when he gets back he will call me. great no problem. so 3pm didnt here anything i call and he left for the day. i explained he was going to order my lumber i needed to start project. i spoke to a supervisor. the next morning i get the fax FINALLY. i run there make the payment and he gives me 5 days out for delivery (we had discussed i needed for Friday to start project) so he gives me an attitude and i told him if you did your job the day before this wouldnt be an issue. needless to say he gets the delivery for next morning. awesome. he states delivery will deliver right to the back yard. let him know its fenced in. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. it is what they call drop delivery well for 60 bucks i had a truck i could have dropped delivered myself. ok i will live. The wood was junk it was warped wet just not good. I will be going to HOME DEPOT from now on.

I was really put off by my experience today. I am looking to get central air installed in my house, so I figured it was worth seeing what Lowe’s had to offer. I walked the store, asking for assistance, and it was frightening how it seemed no one knew who actually handled HVAC installations.
Finally I was referred to the commercial services counter and I thought finally we were heading in the right direction. I wasn’t acknowledged at the counter for several minutes until I went out of my way to ask if I could be helped. I may be a little old school in this way, but I feel that the customer service folks should engage me first. Oh well.
Anyway, once I was finally noticed I was referred to someone else at the counter who confessed to me they knew nothing about HVAC systems and would have to have me call back tomorrow. Given the runaround, I am really not thinking Lowe’s is worth my time for this project.
For the most part, I have no opinion either way towards Lowe’s. And, this won’t necessarily cost them my business. But, I think I’ll stick with picking up random things for the house as opposed to spending significant cash with them.

Not my regular Lowe’s stop but close enough to home that I stop in from now and then. Nice staff and typically stocked with everything I need. I’m a fan.

Being a contractor I am a definite regular here. It is conveniently located near my house so that it is an easy go to place to grab stuff at the beginning of a day. The staff is good, and I have gotten to know some of the employees here over the years. Also don’t forget if your a veteran or an active duty military that you are eligible for 10% off all purchases year round. I take advantage of this on a regular basis. I enjoy shopping at this Lowes!

My go-​to Lowes when I need some anything house related. I like the organization of allowed, this one in particular. Some may say Lowes is designed for women… I guess I have feminine sensibilities.
I recently purchased several appliances and a lawn mower through
and picked up at this store. Customer service in-​store was excellent, and they treated me right when I brought the lawn mower back after the 30-​day return policy (gave me store credit). Very nice front desk staff!

Not my favorite Lowe’s. Tucked in behind a whole bunch of other box stores on Bald Hill Rd., it just seems to be a minor leaguer in the big league Lowe’s world.
It has all the basic supplies but there is just no «wow» factor here like I feel when I go into other Lowe’s locations. The employees aren’t overly enthusiastic, but will help if heavily prompted… the help buttons featured here usually bring someone shuffling at a snail’s pace. But I guess, they do answer the call.
In season, their garden center seems pretty barren compared to other competitors in the area. I just don’t get any real satisfaction out of shopping here.
Serves up the essentials, but not a whole lot more.
