Panera is typically my go to when I want a quick to go meal. They have good sandwiches and tasty soups. Their menu gives a broad spectrum. Service is good but not excellent. Not a fan of their coffee but the food is good. Reasonably priced with lots of selection. My only problem is that it tends to be dirty and messy looking. Dirty tables, shakey tables, sugar all over coffee stations, etc. Otherwise everything is fine

Great just had the new Thai wanton soup. Very tasty a bit overpriced for the quantity. Too small for $ 8.

Panera bread is a chain — so there is no change other than in service and quality when you go to any location. I love the addition of fresh roasted turkey breast on the menu. I love getting a caesar salad with just roasted turkey, shaved parm and dressing with a slice of baguette It’s fresh, tasty and easy to take out. I was not a fan of Panera before — so many other places to go and I think their soups are too salty. But now I have my favorite thing so I am happy to share my experience!

This Panera is the worst Place I have ever been to. The person whom brought the food over to the table was very rude, she can careless for their customers. The way she serves the customers is like you owe her something. Definitely, not worth it to spend money here.

Cashier was rude and unwelcoming. Wanted to order a soup at 10:28, even though lunch doesn’t start until 10:30(of which I was rudely informed.) Thought I could place the order and then wait for it… two minutes go by pretty quickly. When informed by the manager that the soups were already ready to go she gave me a dirty look and proceeded to take my order. I was dining in, and look forward to my mug for coffee but was abruptly handed a to-go cup. I asked for a mug and of course I got attitude. I decided to keep the to go cup. When making my coffee there was no more Splenda and they were out of half & half. Did I mention it was completely dead in here? After all of that, I finally sit down and wait for my food and I can see it waiting for a runner. I wait 5 minutes before I decide that I’d rather not have cold food and grab it myself. Panera really missed the mark today. Probably won’t visit this location again, they need to learn a few lessons from the Garden City Panera.

This Panera location is my go-to for a quick and consistently yummy lunch when I’m out running errands. The service is friendly and the food is well made and consistent. There is plenty of seating and tons of natural light through big windows. There are plenty of places to sit and plug in a lap top or tablet and comfy chairs, tables, and booths. Even when it’s busy the food comes out fairly fast. Not sure what else can be said for a chain sandwich shop, other than this location is better than some.

Food was fine but service? I believe her name was Katie. Extremely rude. Shockingly rude. Just moved nearby and hoped this would be my «go to» place… But not after this service. Love Panera but expected better here.

I have zero complaints about Panera. I’m a fan of the pick 2 lunch. I’m also a fan of the anything from the baked goods section for a buck. The coffee and teas are great. The soup, salad, pasta, and sandwiches are all good too. They have a rewards program too.

Was indecisive and the manager(Cindy I think), offered to make me something after asking for a Coyle of likes and dislikes. She said she would make me anything else if I didn’t enjoy it. She made a something close to a Mediterranean chicken flat bread sandwich. It was awesome! She checked to see if I liked it before she left even. I highly recommend this place. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. The portions are perfect if you get the half sandwich combo. I don’t get overly full. Yet still more then content with being satisfied on the serving(as far as my appetite), and I’m a decent size & active guy. Thanks Cindy for another awesome experience. I’ll be back.

Never seem to get my order right. Have tried here numerous times and everyone become less and less impressed. For the high prices you would expect the food to be consistently high quality. Unfortunately this locations proves a chain is a chain. Quantity over quality.

Perhaps the last time I was here it was an off day. Today, I had a much better experience. The staff were super nice and helpful. My food was quick as was having me order taken. The dining room was perfectly clean. The food is the same consistent Panera food. Did I mention the spacious parking lot and dining room?

We come to this location a lot usually for breakfast. I have never had a bad time coming here or an order being wrong. I’m a bread guy as I have noted in past reviews, also love bagels as well. If you happen to be here on a Tuesday they have a dozen bagels for 6.99 now come on I don’t know of any place that has a deal like that. Their pastries are good as well.

I used to love panera. Everytime i come to this location i am greeted with trouble. Ive had to get my own food twice. each time my soup was luke warm. The workers are usually chatting it up, instead of doing their job. Ive asked for a new, hot soup, and was directed to a microwave. Many times ive had stuff remade. But today i was not brought my food and when i picked it up my soup was warm and my sandwhich was all bread with one peace of steak. I complained and was told that was a portion and was left to be gawked at by the girl in a red shirt, until i left back to my seat. Every booth was filthy and staff was not busy or helpful in the least. Wont be back to this location. Reservoir ave is better!

The chicken soup I ordered was spot on with just the right level of saltiness and a hearty broth. Got an apple as a side and it was the sweetest most awesome thing ever! Not enough eaten this time around to give a higher rating on the first visit, but it hit the spot just right. Will come back to try other things.

I’ve been to this location numerous times and the service is always fast and consistent. My favorite is the Smokehouse Turkey and Turkey Chili. This time I only had to wait 5 minutes for my order to be ready. It was fresh, flavorful, and hot when I got home. I’ve also never had a mistake on order and the wait staff is very cheerful and patient. I also really appreciate that they now have their nutritional facts listed on the menu and it’s a great quick dinner if you don’t feel like cooking!

I love Panera in general but this place was a huge disappointment. I had ordered 2 tomato & mozzarella paninis only to find out, after driving 20 minutes home, that they didn’t even give me panini bread and replaced it with some garbage thin bread that had holes in it from my sandwich juices seeping through. I had called and the rude cashier told me her manager told my boyfriend, he confirmed that no such thing took place. I had asked to speak to the manager and his story was completely different! Apparently he had told her to tell him but she never did and completely lied to me. I received 2 free sandwich coupons and I fully intend to use them but at another location. This incident was absolutely ridiculous and that specific cashier ruined my experience there.

Who ever runs this location should really learn how to make a good flatbread sandwich. I had the chicken flatbread and it was awful. Then to add insult to my visit they charged me $ 5.59 for a tiny flatbread that was part of a 2 for deal. The salad I got was extra. $ 5.59 for a terrible, tiny flatbread with hardly anything in it. I stopped going to Panera awhile ago because the one in Seekonk MA did away with small coffee’s(I don’t always want a medium or a large – hello) and their scones got smaller and are way over priced. So I thought I give it another chance with something else— forget about it– check please.

I Love Panera, however, 2 of my last 3 visits have been a bit disappointing. The quality, taste and price are good but they almost never have the Rye bread that brings me in. What is even worse is they never know they’re out of rye bread until after I put my order in and sit down. Now we all know there is nothing worse that having your taste buds all ready for something, then someone comes to your table with, «I’m sorry we ran out of that.» If this keeps up, I’ll have to find a new place to get my rye bread fix. Corner Bakery?

I stop in to this Panera once in a while to grab lunch with my kids. It’s a great option to grab a quick bite that’s relatively healthy. My kids and I both like the kids meal options which are tasty and quite a bit healthier than other fast food places. They usually choose a PB&J or Chicken Noodle soup with a Yogurt. I add a cookie to my meal for 99 cents because I’m not above a little dessert bribery. I love that they provide free cups for water so I don’t have to add a pricey drink to my meal. The system they have now for bringing the food out to your table really streamlines the whole process. Now I don’t have to corral the kids while I juggle 3 plates to the table. Oh, and the wi-fi is nice.
