First and only time I went was a couple years ago. I noticed the place was extremely dirty, disheveled with overflowing wastebaskets. Disgusting place. I got sick after eating here. Never go!

My kids and I were on Warwick Ave trying to decide what to eat and I saw the sign for pizza hut. It looked like the place was closed down because its in the corner of an old plaza that seems to have lost a few businesses. We walked in and my little ones announced the obvious… that it smelled like poop in there. The place looked dirty, and it said«DINEIN» but the girl at the register just stared at me and asked if I knew what I wanted before I got a chance to decide where to sit. I ordered a small cheese pizza and sat down at about three different sticky tables before we went back to the first least sticky table. We were gonna walk out despite having paid already, but I told the kids to calm down and be patient. Luckily we did, because a cheerful and polite older gentleman brought us our pizza and it was delicious. That got the place two stars.

Pizza coupons and specials I hate using coupons and I don’t like specials because it usually just means I end up getting something that I wouldn’t normally get and probably don’t really want. I have a couple of friends that are coupons and special fanatics and always go on about how much money they save using their stupid coupons. I don’t doubt that it’s true, a certain amount of money can be saved. However, before we go out anywhere they have to pull out a huge sack filled with papers and do a meticulous search for any coupons or specials. After a long and tedious wait they inevitably find something. Almost like a challenge. They problem is that they never seem to locate a coupon or special for the place we actually want to go to. Every time I find a nice coupon it’s either for a store on another continent or it expired in a previous century. Always something but never quite on target. Which means we end up going or buying something which isn’t exactly what I wanted to begin with. Always a compromise. So it was the case with Pizza Hut. We have a incredible variety of great, local pizza places in our neighborhood, not just good but exceptional home made food. We were all set to leave for one when a friend found some coupon or special for Pizza Hut. Even though the nearest Pizza Hut was ten miles away and wasn’t what anybody really wanted the special was so seductive(at least to one person), it’s where we went. When we finally got to Pizza Hut the store was clean and the service was adequate. Pretty much what I would except from a chain of this type. The pizza wasn’t bad and with the special actually a pretty good deal. However not bad is a lot different that exceptionally good, which is what we would have found at a place a lot closer. Coupons and specials are great to save a few bucks but sometimes actually getting what you wanted in the first place is worth the extra money. Pizza coupons and specials
