Queen B’s Wax At RGE

I went here b/​c of all the great reviews. I had started going to Euro Wax in Florida and they did a phenomenal job, since I was coming back up north, I found Queen B. I went 2 weeks ago and had a brazilian. I found that my hair was growing back within a couple of days, which leads me to believe the wax broke my hair instead of pulled it out. Now it’s been about 2 weeks and it feels like razor burn and itches like crazy. It feels as if it’s been shaved in spots. Heather was nice enough and I let her know what happened, she appreciated the feedback, but I think a refund of some sort would have been appropriate.

I heard about Queen B’s from my friend who had her eyebrows done here and they looked great. The salon is close to my work so I messaged the number to book an appointment and she was awesome and got me in same day no hassle at all! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, clean and organized with pleasant women through out. Heather took her time on my eyebrows and made sure they were absolutely perfect! She wasn’t pleased with one of my brows and insisted I come back for a complimentary tint which is awesome of her. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and it shows! I absolutely loved my how my eyebrows came out! (Even if she didn’t think they were perfect.) Heather is an eyebrow goddess! I’ll definitely be going back!

Heather is THE wax Goddess! She makes the experience worth it and being a perfectionist just makes her even more amazing. If this is your first time, I would definitely go see her. I promise you will not regret it and you’ll leave feeling FABULOUS!

I found RGE after desperately looking for a professional and «talented» person to wax my brows. I had only found the exceptional service I was looking for in NYC prior to finding Heather the Wax GODDESS at RGE! I walked into the salon on a random Saturday and instantly felt I had stepped into heaven! RGE is an absolutely beautiful «oasis» with welcoming and professional staff.
