The housekeeping staff stole multiple items from my room and hotel management hung up on me when I called to talk to them.

This hotel is very cute. We got a 2-story room with 2 beds, 2 bath, working fireplace, kitchen, and living room. There were 3 TVs in total. Considering this was just for my husband and I, it was very spacious and inviting. We used the fireplace to make smores and it was just the kind of winter vacation experience we needed. The staff was very helpful, giving us restaurant recommendations, coupons, written directions, called the room to make sure everything was as we expected, etc. And the complimentary breakfast is really superior to other hotels. They had waffles, pancakes, potato wedges, scrambled eggs, canadian bacon, and then the typical cold stuff like bagels, muffins, cereal. The coffee is actually good and usually I can only tolerate Starbucks. The woman managing the breakfast did a good job of keeping everything hot and fresh, tables clean, and a generally pleasant atmosphere. And the dining area had nice décor featuring a huge stone fireplace. The rooms themselves are probably due for renovation, so –1 star for that.

I stayed for a couple of nights while in town visiting the office. The staff is nice but the place is quite worn. I think they do their best to clean but the wear and tear over the years has just accumulated. It’s just not up to Marriott or Residence Inn standards.

One word AWIFUL!!! They put me in room 1122 and it was tired and not well cared for. Torn curtain in bedroom; mold, broken tiles, and hairdryder off wall in bathroom, desk lamp that did not work; on and on and the grounds around room were piles with deaad branches and limbs that had been there for awhile. Not to the Marriott standards I thought Bill Marriott made all properties follow. Skip this place!

My past experiences have been okay…, but this time, not so much. The receptionist was nice and recommended some places to eat, but nobody really went above and beyond. Now onto the rooms… The rooms were ok. They were clean and tidy. I think I had too high of an expectation. The stove looks old. They we ‘charming’. The showers left more to be desired. Our particular room had some wear and tear and I COULDN’T figure out the TV. But other than that it was good The Internet was really slow. And the breakfast? The variety was good but the OJ is watery. Also lets just say that I saw no bacon. But I like the convenient location and that they were so inspired.

It’s a decent place. It’s quite, the staff has been great and I agree the Internet sucks. They really need to replace their system. First building they put me in had no signal. Second building worked mostly but would go out at times for my MacBook. I could not get my iPad to connect the last two days. Breakfast is average. In 8 days I don’t think I even saw bacon??? The cups for juice are the size of cups you would find at a water cooler. It’s decent but a few changes would make it great.

If I could give it no stars, I would without question. Unfortunately, we are stuck here tonight. But we are checking out first thing tomorrow morning never to return. It’s loud, the staff is rude, the internet doesn’t work — let alone not being high speed. This place is simply the pits and it ought to be shut down.

This place is wonderful! It is a apartment styled hotel. We had a one bedroom with a loft, we had a kitchen, living room area with fireplace and two bathrooms. It was clean and had all the comforts of home:) The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious. It had eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, waffle maker, bagels, etc. The service was great, especially Maria. What impressed me was how observant she was of her quests. She realized my OJ was very light and came over to ask if it was watery, which it was. She explained it was because the OJ machine was empty, so she said she was going to refill it. Before I knew it not only was the machine refilled but she poured me a cup and brought it over to me! This place makes you feel like you’re in your own escape not just a hotel. Highly recommended to anyone who’s staying a few nights in the area!

Not bad… I had to go to Providence for a short work trip and I stayed at the Residence Inn. The location is a bit out of the way and I had some trouble locating the driveway onto the actual hotel property. The rooms were decent, though, my heat was out when I first checked in. A maintenance person was able to fix it rather quickly though, which was great. However, the rooms themselves are on the older side with drab carpeting and dusty curtains. Having a fully functional kitchen with fridge, oven, and stove was awesome. The staff members were all quite friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast impressed me more than I thought it would.

I never want to go back home. There is no other place like this. The staff goes out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. On Mondays though Wednesdays they cook dinner in their lobby and invite you to eat dinner on them. The housecleaning staff is also very respectful. I have been staying here over a month and other than a handful of times the same woman has been cleaning my room. I don’t know about you, but I like to know who is coming into the room while I am out. The first day I was here she came and introduced herself to me. I have not had that treatment anywhere else I’ve gone. The rooms are situated like apartments. You have your own private entrance and small patio or balcony. The rooms are also very comfortable and spacious. They have full kitchens in every room(full stove and oven, dishwasher, full sized fridge, microwave, and coffee maker) and a full sized vanity separate from the bathroom. They also have an indoor heated pool and hot tub. They do have a gym which is a bit in the small size, but it does have the essentials. If you are visiting the Warwick area for any length of time I would greatly recommend staying here.
